Shoshana continues with her sakara for Obiora but she got served when Simi showed up,this pained her and went on a ranting spree how men are not to be trusted that even Ene had to ask her if all was well.

Sheila told Joanne she was not okay with the change of name of the spa and she would not listen to Joanne but the latter was able to approach Nero who made the two women talk by force and resolve their conflict.

Charles finally realised Mimi was on a revenge mission with him when Vicky gave him an idea what she will do if a guy did what Charles had done to Mimi.

Amaka  uncomfortable since Dikkibo told her he wanted a baby,she visited her Doctor who told her she can have a baby if she wants to.Dikkibo also got same from his Doctor but Amaka chose to lie about her status to Dikkibo that she cannot have a baby again.

Nero will go ahead with Angela's biopic and Freddie wants to come on board the project as a researcher.This is a decision Nero reached after Charles told him no funds for project available at Oddyssey.

Sankey feels Brenda should forgive Zane...she also went down memory lane of her late husband Bartholomew.

Simi made Obiora know she was there for a job at Ziggy's ,Obiora had thought she was there to play out Frank's script to woo him.

Zane meets with Brenda after Serena told him Brenda doesn't want him,Brenda made him know she was done.

Sho tells maami about her video who agreed to help her but by the time she met with Shina,he informed her Obiora had already paid.

Nnnena mad sure she teased Mimi  false gist on Vicky and Charles.

It seems has gotten herself a boo......Salewa and Helen don't want trouble from Shoshana's mum about her video.

Amaka continues to make Nero her agony uncle...she tells him about Dikkibo wanting a baby.Nero had earlier put the call on speaker when Amaka called to fix a meeting.Amaka doesn't mind coming on board Angela's biopic.

AMBattleground S1:E65(Recap)

The news reports that  a certain man was found dead and no evidence was found on him to help investigate for now.Dr Kalu and Mayowa saw the news on Televison.Hadiza and Danlami did as well,Hadiza didn't give any sign that she ever knew Steve,she joined her husband in commiserating with the deceased nurse.

Chichi and Hosu talk about the Post UTME exams she went for,Moshood overhears them and thought they were talking about pregnancy test,the three people in the know increased when Onajite also overheard and Hosu had to confess ,the news lightened up Ona's mode and she was delighted that she cancelled the ban on her off days,she also begs her not to tell her mother Madam V.

Ejiro begins his assignment from Hadiza for Danlami being at the helm of affairs at BBP.Danlmai shuts him up and reminded him how Chief Bhadmus once saved him from getting fired.

Teniola ask Oyiza how soon her dad will come out of coma and feels a makeover of the room will be good.Mayowa also comes in later and mentions that Steve is dead,Oyiza flashes back to the conversation she had with the General and probably thinks he is responsible for his death.

Hosu's happy mood seems to have been cut short as she received a message on her phone that changed her jolly countenance to the opposite,she also showed Chichi.

Ola trying his best to make sure that his mum hears no news about his father' her husband' .She informs her son she changed her flight from morning to evening so she could see Danlami and ask about Kolade.Ola tried reaching Danlami severally before he finally picked ,he told Ola that keeping the news from Cissy is not the best.Cissy arrived BBP with Ayo her daughter who had volunteered to go with her.Dalanmi just assured her that Kolade is fine.

Teni got hold of the news that Cissy at BBP and made her step mother know she is never welcomed or be accepted,she also blames Danlami for accommodating them .Danlami tells Teni to soft pedal and have a bit of human feelings for Cissy and don't let recent circumstances make her a monster.

Ayo gives her brother a feedback of what happened at BBP when they ran into Teni,Ola feels this is one of the many reasons their mother needs to return to Port Harcourt.

Mayowa rants about his father's condition and wants adrenaline administered,Dr Kalu comes in and heard Mayowa,he told him he is not to tell him how to deal with his patients......

He opens his eyes.......Chief Kolade Augustus Bhadmus!!!

Ebonylife:Fifty The Series

So the movie Fifty from Ebonylifetv   has now been made into a series and the first episode aired yesterday .If you watch the movie you will be familiar with some of the characters ,some new ones have also been introduced.
  We see Maria(Omoni Oboli) is now heavily pregnant for Kunle,Tola's ex husband( Wale Ojo) , Tola (Dakore Egbuson-Akande), Kate (Keira Hewatch) unite as they attend Lizzy's (Ireti Doyle)wedding to Frances(Chris Attoh).Maria cant stand Tola and even as much as they tried to keep it together being on the same table it couldn't last for long as things went bad.

Jamal (Timini Egbuson ) seems taken by Adesuwa( Linda Osifo) who is a journalist and has her own personal business attending the wedding.Sade Lizzy's daughter (Uzor Osimkpa) has also not forgiven her mum for the past....

The first episode seems to end in an accident as Sade's bike crashed.........

AMBattleground S1:E64(Recap)

Oyiza visits the General to update him on Kolade's state of health,she tells him  Chief Bhadmus out of coma but it will take sometime for him to fully recuperate.Oyiza also turned down General offer for her to take a drink.

Adaora continues with her complaints and this time it is about Mayowa going to  speak with the media ,Sophie feels there is nothing wrong with what he has done and that Adaora needs to stop chastising and complaining about her son and put him under pressure to constantly prove himself,Mayowa steps in and Adaora gives him a hug and tells him she is proud of him.

Steve continues to disturb Adaora with phonecalls but she will not pick,he took it to another level when he called Danlami and called under the name Aisha and ask to speak with Hadiza regarding some fabrics,Hadiza answered the phonecall and told him she will respond later as she does not want to delay her husband who is on his way to work.

Cissy has finally agreed to leave for PortHarcourt ,she is seen packing her things and Ayo her daughter is feeling bad from hiding the truth from her but Ola reminds her she needs to keep her mouth shut as their mother needs to move on.

Hosu keeps chatting with someone that make her giggle....

Onajite tells Hosu she is in charge and wonders how come it was the same time that Madam Sophie sent her on errand,Ona tells her Hosu has her  next off days cancelled.

Teni and Mayowa are beside their father's bed,they read all the comments pouring in on the website ,Oyiza is with them but seems distant .Teni applauds Mayowa for the idea and also tells her brother she kept a diary of all the events since their dad went into coma ,Mayowa teases her about what she must have written and will like to see,the siblings tease each other about it.

Aunt Sophie sends Chichi on errand to get her somethings and borrow money from her,she tells Chichi she will repay her after she changes her foreign currency,she also gave Chichi some clothes.Onajite looks on as they discuss but they were not aware.Ona later request Sophie informs her before sending any of the staff on errand and warns Chichi who introduced Hosu to the matter but Hosu disappeared.Aunt Sophie tells Ona to be calm.

Adaora finally agrees to let the cameras stay but people's privacy should be respected and she wants to know the coverage areas.

Teniola calls the Counsellor to apologise about their behaviour during the session.The counsellor had other things to tell her like how she researched them...Teni is not interested and tells her she just called to apologise and ends the conversation.

Hadiza fix a meeting with Steve to give him  the money he demanded.They fix a rendezvous and that is where Hadiza finished him off and took his phone to avoid any trace.

AMBattleground S1:E63(Recap)

Adaora tells Hadiza and Danlami that they can leave for their house that she would be fine,Hadiza volunteered severally to stay back but her 'kind gesture' was refused.

Dr Emeka confirms that Steve unreachable.

Danlami cannot get over the poisoning of Kolade,Hadiza feigns pity and she even speaks in parables to him that people shows others what they want to see about them.

The Bhadmus (Adaora and her children) are in a counselling session organised by Sophie,the counsellor tells them what to expect and what they need to do and he should be their primary concern,Teni leads in the response,she says she feels powerless,Mayowa feels the scrutiny and their mother also feels the pressure and even put it back to the counsellor that she cannot understand how she feels because she is not married.

Madam V worried bout her daughter Hosu who had left for somewhere we later found that it was to write exams,Madam Hosu told Chichi Hosu lied about going to visit her uncle.When Onajite asked about Chichi;s whereabouts ,Chichi had no option but to seek the help of Aunt Sophie to cover up for her friend (a debt she will surely repay because nothing free comes from Sophie|)Onajite didn't like that Sophie sent Hosu on an errand without her permission.Hosu later arrive and Chichi chastise her for lying and thought she didn't want to give her goodies she was getting from her guy but she realised Hosu went to write exams.Madam V was still told it was Madam Sophie;s errand she went for.

Teniola ask her brother Mayowa to talk to her  but he assures her she is fine,he told her he had some important issues to attend too

Mayowa is on The Insider,he announces his dad coming out of coma and pleads with the press to respect their privacy,he even broke down.He also gave a website where people can offer suggestions on how they can cope with his father's recovery.Ayo s pissed at the interview and notes they are not the only one suffering at least they get to see their father daily,they had to turn off the TV when they heard footsteps of their mother,Cissy will be leaving for Port Harcourt.

Moshood was also pleased with Mayowa's appearance on TV,he watched it with his colleagues a the Bhadmus mansion.Chichi also gave some agidigba dance moves to celebration the good news,Onajite tells them not to rejoice yet but they pay no attention to her.
Hadiza finally gets through to Steve,she informed him he didn't do a good job poisoning Chief Bhadmus and that the money she sent was for hi to go away.Steve tells Hadiza the money not sufficient and he is now Oliver Twist ......

AMBattleground S1:E62(Recap)

Oyiza is disappointed Dr Kalu doesn't trust her after she had shown him unwavering loyalty in Chief Kolade Bhadmus case ,she made it clear that she didn't plan the poisoning with Steve.

The Bhadmus staff say their goodbyes to Eugene and wish him well with the future,Dboy didn't know what was happening  he asked,his father had to lie to him that they were going to the village to see his grandma.Adaora came to end the farewell greetings and orders Eugene out of her house but  the hug and words she got from Dboy made her change her mind and put Eugene on probation,Moshood teased his friend and told him 'ori iya e yo ee' luck smiled on him.

Dr Kalu is to figure out a way to get Steve back so that he can be handed over to the police.They figured out a way by telling him that Oyiza had an emergency and he needed to replace her,Dr Kalu informed Adaora,they also alerted the Police.

Ola is also tired of his mum's trying to remain in Lagos an put her life on hold because of their father.

Teniola asked her brother how he knew about the poisoning,Mayowa told his sister instincts but she did not believe him,she also though it was one of Mayowa's enemies trying to use their dad to get back to him but his answers was in the negative,it was while they were arguing that Adaora came,the children went quiet and lied about their discussion,Mayowa decided to tell the truth and took them to the room to see he had a CCTV installed despite their mum ordering him to take them of,Adaora was not happy she was disobeyed and that he was monitoring them,she would continue the conversation the next day.Teniola also tried blaming her brother but he reminded her that if not for the cameras they would not have discovered Steve's action,she agreed but still found it creepy,Mayowa dropped hints of her fiance Micheal being a military trainee and would probably do worse....

Hosu wants Chichi to cover for her as she wants to attend to some personal matters,Chichi not comfortable especially after the Eugene sack but Hosu assures her all will go well.

Teni is worried again about her father and his recovery,Aunt Sophie comes around and cheers her up.Aunt Sophie also did same for Adaora  when she laments/complain about Kolade putting them in their present predicament and told her and told  her a Mother needs to hold it together and even when Adaora tried to query her statement she tells her cousin that is why she chose not to be a mother.Sophie told her she got/has all the support she needs in her children.

Meanwhile Danlami had been informed of the poisoning of Kolade,He makes it down to the Bhadmus house with Hadiza,Cissy tried to communicate with Danlami but he told her she will call him later.Mayowa opens up and lets them know that Steve was the one that poisoned his dad,Hadiza picks and is trying to reach Steve,Dr Kalu informs them Steve is  five minutes away from the house ,Mayowa alerts the police also....

Will Steve escape or be arrested.......We will discover in the next episode.

AMbattleground S1:60(Recap)

Cyril apologise to Emeka  and usual Emeka lets its go (As it seems) and he was also disappointed that  he was lied to. Cyril also pointed out discrepancies in the files that he saw on the flash that Emeka had given him that everything that was used/being used when Chief Bhadmus had  his 'cardiac arrest' was preordered  11 days before the day as shown by the invoice.Emeka later goes to meet his father for explanations and he was told everything was planned by Kolade because some vultures were around and he (Chief Kolade) trying to protect himself and his family.(Some flashbacks were shown on these scenes of the discussion and action between Chief Bhadmus and Dr Kalu)

Mayowa is angry that his father has no faith in him,he goes to the room where he is in coma and tricked Oyiza out that Aunt Sophie needed first aid,he then locked her out and barricaded the entrance from inside.Almost everyone around tried to get in all to no avail.Moshood was called to help in breaking the door but he could not.Ona moves to Mayowa's room to see what is happening in the room.Mayowas decides to 'wobe'  sniff some cocaine since nobody trusted him and even attempted to kill Chief Bhadmus but he didn't,it was at this point Onajite raised an alarm but Mayowa eventually came out and walked away.During the whole drama,Sophie called Danlami but she couldn't reach him as Hadiza picked up the phone,she told her they had a long day and cannot reach her husband(Hadiza is definitely not smiling) She calls her informant nurse who told her Dr Kalu is about to bring Chief Bhadmus out of coma as the signs are there.

Dr Kalu feels very bad for all he has done and he tells his son everything ends for him as he will commence the revival of Kolade.

The next day Sophie tries to speak with Mayowa about the drama of the previous day,Mayowa not interested as he is seen packing to travel.....

On Mayowa's way out he encounters Dr  Kalu but the former not ready for a conversation,he couldn't go further as his sister and mum arrive.

Adaora and her children and  some of their  close relations present in the room for Kolade's revival,Dr Kalu commence and Kolade is seen blinking his eyes......

AMJemeji S1:96-100) Highlights

Misenu......

Senami stops the making out with her and Kingsley,she decides she leaves his house.

Mausi punished Akweyon and later released her,she doesn't want her mingling with the villagers.

Otogan throws a party of the guardians of his son with almost everyone in the village present,Foton and his crew also tried to take over but Otogan made him know he cant usurp him as he made him carry his umbrella.Foton was also summoned for a meeting and he was ordered to remit all the illegal money he had been collecting for the villagers,he was not pleased as well as his crew (Petunia and Half a day)

Obi's fake parents act their script better and Folake tried all means possible to get scoop from them but Obi didn't allow that happen like she would have loved.

The Corpers lodge was also destroyed when Senami tried to move back in a bid to avoid Kingsley,she mentions it to Otogan and also reminds him of other pending issues like the disappearance of her grandmother's corpse and blood.

Kingsley gives Folake a scare for her aproko moves,Folake was quite frightened.Kingsley also suggest they have a party at his house

Oviyon's drinking  continues to get terrible.

Seyive complains that Neza doesn't care about his sister's feeling,she even took the food she had brought for him in annoyance away.

Mausi got anonymous gift which was later discovered that it was from Petunia,HAD told her he delivered the gift.

Folake invited Glory and Peace for the party,Obi also showed up .Ovi came in drunk ,he later asked for Coffee to be sober.They commence a game of truth or dare.Obi evaded his questions when Folake asked but when Peace dared Kingsley to kiss Senami he wasted no time ,this attracted punches from Oviyon .Glory also mentioned Folake invited her to the party to embarrass her.

Kingsley also seems to know Obi is a fake,he teased him with it.

HAD is tired of Petu postponing their 'collabo' she tells him that black mamba must come out .Petu had to plead with him to lower his voice as Foton was in.

Obi's fake parents also accepts the money after their initial forming,Dr Jide will collect the money on their behalf and disburse,the business partners later meet and Dr Jide tells them of the sharing formula,Obi wants to leave but Dr Jide tells him his job  not over.

Obi stumble upon Otogan's will,he is the largest beneficiary in it.

AMTinsel:Apologies (S10:Ep2082-2086) (Highlights)

It was a week of apologies after disagreements between some of the characters.

Amaka continues finding it hard to accept Dikkibo and was not pleased when he tried punishing Tochi after he was sent home from school.

Bimpe cant stop bothering about Telema and even told Bash to help keep an eye on her bestie,she also doesn't trust Tomi Ajayi and makes it obvious anytime they meet or she speaks about her,Damini feels she should mind her business and Telema feels she is being petty.

Zane is sorry for the pain he caused Brenda and he is trying to get cosy with her,he first sent her flowers but she didn't accept it ,he later went to her house and prepared a meal for her telling her he had forgiven her...Brenda was pissed (and some viewers too) male ego at play and he couldn't utter the words ' I am sorry' Brenda reminds him of what she has been through for him and with him so his sanctimonious self is not welcome.

Nero also apologise to Sheila with flowers and they are cool too.

Frank feels Shoshana's sakara is too much and gets another babe named Simi to replace Sho and work and the bar,Obiora doesn't support the idea.

Sheila surprised Joanne tagged the cargo for Mirage as Oasis Spa,she asked her business partners for explanation when she came visiting.

Tessa keeps troubling Charles with her blog,she sent in the draft and Deola felt what she intends publishing doesn't look good at all.

Telema still had problems with her Yoruba but maami came to her rescue,Maami also forgave Tomi Ajayi.

Ik and Serena went on a date,he claims he is being nice because she is the mother of their superstar ....time will tell.

Bimpe caught Tomi flirting with the director on set,they had to end  the conversation.

Freddie also wants to help out in projects,he let this known to Nero and Sheila.He had earlier given out questionnaire to his cousin and her friends about information on Nigerian universities.

Dikkibo wants him to seal his love with Amaka,he suggest they have a baby together.

Zane not okay Ik around Serena,Serena also wants Brenda to leave  Zane for her.

AMBattleground S1:E61(Recap)

The Character Nurse Steve

A trance is shown where Kolade and Adaora playing and all of a sudden Adaora leaves him and didn't even answer when she calls him back she didn't answer.

Dr Kalu informs Adaora that the road to recovery of Kolade will happen slowly considering many factors such as his age and all they have to do is continue waiting.Teni comes in to the room and they cheer each other up about the journey so far and that they should not abandon their personal lives,Adaora ask about Micheal and Teniola tells her mum that he went for a business trip abroad.

Cissy is not feeling to well,she check her blood pressure,Ola comes in ,he came back because he forgot something,he noticed his mother not feeling well though she tried to feign and changes the topic to getting something nice for him to eat.Ola told his mum she needs to take care of herself and it's best she leaves Lagos and go back to Port Harcout,Ayo also joins her brother and agree but Cissy is bent on staying as home is where their father ,her 'husband' is.

Onajite joins her madam in the room where Chief Kolade is,Adaora ask Onajite about the change in the sitting room arrangement,Ona informs her it's Sophie,Adaora will handle it and ask for more information of what happened while he was away.

Ayo is calm (and this looks odd) she told Ola that their father is coming out of coma as she got the news and more from Dr Emeka,she notes she is also worried about their mum and that she is very bad in keeping secrets away from her ,she agrees that their mum needs to go back to Port Harcourt.

Eugene was leaking information to a journalist when Mayowa caught him,he tried to change the conversation but Mayowa made a smart move to discover the truth.Eugene pleads with Mayowa,Amos and Moshood joins him in begging,Mayowa deceived him that he was forgiven and made him say all that he had revealed to the journalist after which he fired him.Adaora also tried to intervene on behalf of Eugene ,she told Mayowa he had no right to fire Eugene and that he deserves fair hearing but Eugene himself got himself fired when he couldn't control his tongue and spoke to Adaora's hearing of not being loyal to the Bhadmus family.

Cissy's colleague calls her ask her when she will be getting back to work as their superiors were asking,she also had the chance of not working again being married to a rich man like Chief Kolade.Cissy ask to be transferred to Lagos,her colleague remind her that of the policy on transfer but that didn't deter Cissy as he still suggested another way of her working in Lagos.

Oyiza is taking care of Chief Bhadmus,she is surprised that Steve had not left after handing over to her,she excuse herself and leave Steve in the room,Steve used that opportunity to carry out his mission.Mayowa was in his room,he was angry after his mum didn't appreciate his move on firing Eugene,the CCTV was showing Steve in the act but Mayowa didn't quickly look up but he eventually saw Steve ,he ran downstairs and raised the alarm. Oyiza and Dr Kalu(who just came in) were surprised at the accusation He then ran out to look for Steve who was nowhere to be found.

AMBattleground S1:E59(Recap)

The news is everywhere that Mayowa associated himself with Cocaine taking persons.The Insider reports it and comment on what the picture can mean for the heir apparent and the perception of BBP with investors and the public,Mayowa is called via phone and asked questions on the matter but he dams them and believes they will all come apologising to him in future.

Ola and his mum watch the news on television and Ola tells his mum to note on of the many reasons they cant associate with the 'other ones' Cissy feels sad about Mayowa taking/associating with people using cocaine,she feels Adaora  should have been more firmer with her son.Ayo comes in and sees the news,she looks surprised that the picture was on TV.

Eugene and Moshood are at the hospital ,Cyril shows up and Emeka had to go see him.Cyril apologise to Emeka and later mentions his father is a quack ,this angered Emeka and the two 'friends' got physical.It took Dr Kalu to separate them.

Ayo queries the receptionist at MLA for going through her phone and leaking the pictures to the press.Lara came in and told Ayo that she ordered the leak,she calls Ayo to her office,reminds her of the opportunities she has given her and to choose who she wants to be loyal to between MLA and BBP.

Sophie up to her kurukere ' shady' moves,she hails Chichi for being the most effective and Chichi in her usual manner opens her tap mouth to update on the situation in the mansion revealing everybody was out,this was the news Sophie needed to hear and she swung into action to go and  probably pilfer but Onajite stopped her  on her tracks.Sophie gave kudos to Ona for being alert.

Danlami orders Mayowa to his office and discuss the implication of his actions and that he will probably need to step aside for a while,it was while they were discussing that Okemuite Chief Kolade's lawyer brought Mayowa's copy of his father's living will to also step aside.Mayowa is angry and will be challenging the decision in court.

Sophie goes to see Danlami,she speaks about Mayowa and Danlami feels he is a spoilt child,Sophie reminds Danlami  that they have been in that same situation as young adults,she then mentions Adaora and her trip abroad,Danlami was not aware and disappointed Adaora didn't inform,Sophie notes Adaora had a lot going around her and trust Danlami to be on top of things.

Dr Kalu ask what caused the fight,Emeka tells his father Cyril called him a quack.Dr Kalu ask his son if he had revealed anything to Cyrila about Chief Bhadmus case,his mind flashed back to the files and Dr Kalu tells him snooping around his office was inappropriate and the journey to bringing Kolade out of coma about to commence.

Ona tells Moshood she suspects Sophie is up to something as she is always seen tiptoeing around their madam's room.

Danlami is disturbed that Hadiza noticed it but he assured her that she was fine and will be joining her in bed soon.Hadiza didn't go to bed and heard all that Danlami said about not putting up a fight to get Adaora,she is seen in tears ......

Movie Review:ROTI

Roti tells a story about a couple Kabiru (Kunle Afolayan) and Diane (Kate Henshaw) who lost their son after undergoing surgery the second time.Five years later Diane spots the exact replica of her son  Roti (Dari Afolayan)in another neighbourhood and she believes the boy Juwon is her son come back as assured by her mother in law who believed in recarnation and also said that to calm Diane.This resulted in a fatal attraction but eventually curbed.

Roti tells a good story and it highlights the belief in reincarnation either to one's family or another.It also shows the agony of couples especially women who lose their children ,the pain they go through and why support is essential in times like that.The acting by all was okay as well.Picture quality good as too.

The movie also had its shortfalls in areas  of details,there was a place where the word 'refrigerator' was not spelt properly.Roti also chose a character cake before his demise and when the cake was delivered it was just a plain butter icing cake.

Roti is written  by Sola Dada,produced and directed by Kunle Afolayan.

AMBattleground S1:E58(Recap)

Jason finally show up to see Mayowa,the latter was informed via phone and he asked  that the former be led to his office,he was welcomed with  blows.Jason feels they should escape after Mayowa told him that Keisha is dead.

General visits his neice in prison and works on his psyche and he should never betray family,Cyril ask if he could reverse the shares he sold to BBP but his uncle told him that was not necessary,he also tells him how Kolade Bhadmus has his funds and he intends on getting every kobo back with interests.He also tells Cyril that he might have changed his name from Njoku to Mbanefo but his affinity and blood ties with Njoku remains .Cyril also told his uncle about the visit of Dame Sally and Hon Rochas and all they said.

Lara called Kofo severally to initiate the transfer of shares of the BBP investors to MLA but this didn't happen as The Insider broke the news that the investors remain with BBP.Danlmi also called Lara The Insider has all the details ,she watched it and was obviously pained at her loss.

Cyril is back home and he would not tell  Emeka his friend of how the situation was resolved,he asked about Ayo and Emeka told him she was worried,she later came in as they were discussing about her.Ayo mentioned she was worried and had no one to speak to but Emeka,Cyril thought Ayo passed the night with Emeka ,he then mentioned that Emeka is not who and what Ayo thinks he is citing his activities while caring for Chief Bhadmus her father.Emeka opened up and admits his father made errors in his diagnosis  and he is making efforts in correcting them.Ayo hopes her father will be fine as her mother will be in a bad state if anything happens to him and currently she is high blood pressure...It is obvious Cyril is a frenemy to Emeka.

Ola profess his love for Lara,one would have thought 'Olara' will happen but Lara buried it there and stated categorically that Ola is not her type and he is beneath her.

Ayo still wants her cut from Mayowa,he insults her for being a gold digger and that he will not succumb to her threats,Ayo is pissed with the insults.The receptionist at MLA had to advice Ayo to sheath her sword and let peace reign.

Emeka makes Mayowa know Keisha is alive ,Mayowa didn't show any sign of gratitude to Emeka and boast that the Kalus will always work for the Bhadmus and he has no moral standing to advise him knowing fully well what he did to Teni,Emeka apologise and notes he is not his father.

Aunty Sophie ask Mayowa about his commission,their conversation is disrupted by a phonecall from Jason who makes him know that their picture at the club(Mayowa ,Keisha,Jason) while grooving with Cocaine was trending and in the news,he suggest they escape to Dubai.

AMJemeji S1:91-95(highlights)

Oviyon returns to Aji and he gets obtained by Half a day (HAD).He let it go but he found out that they were everywhere  which made him revolt but he was dealt with and got bodily harm.

Mama Oviyon got served to,she could not conquer HAD and his boys,Peace also joined them in turning against her.

Dr Jide's wife spills on Obi/Meyise and revealed he is Lionel,Folake is trying to connect the dots and even asked Obi questions if he was knew anything about who called Dr Jide the night his wife came to the palmwine joint but he feigns ignorance.Folake also had to ask for time when she was asked for her story by the famous blogger,she informed her that a new angle is developing.She was also able to eavesdrop o Obi and Dr Jide's conversation without being caught...


We also see a submissive Dr Jide kneeling to apologise to his wife .

Akweyon also agreed to testing,her sister Seyive was the one that carried it out on her.

Mausi wants Akweyon to spill about where she had been taking food to  but she hasn't said anything so she remains under punishment.

Neza feels Oviyon should speak to Senami and notes they are both stubborn.

Otogan is excited about the coming of Obi's parents and when they eventually came they didn't leave up to expectations like Dr Jide had portrayed them to be.

Petu wants to have HAD under her and flirts with him............

Kingsley also taunted Oviyon.


Peace was the saviour after Ovi was brutalised by HAD boys,he later tells Obi the boys are now terrorist.Obi had also been trailing Foton's moves during his culture lessons.He informs Oviyon they wil put an end to their nonsense but he will need help

Oviyon and Senami finally talk but they didnt communicate.Ovi reminds Senami of something that happened when they were kids at Mausi's shrine but he didnt say much like Senami would have wanted or fix the puzzle.

Kingsley made his move on Senami and she couldn't resist it..........

AMBattleground S1:E57(Recap)

Emeka is at the bar to  see  Cyril,he noticed the bar was not functioning,he asked one of the bartenders who told him things are exactly as he saw them and that their boss has been arrested.

Ejiro shows up at BBP ,Danlami queries his disappearance and he lied that he had family emergency to attend to hence the reason for him being out of reach but Ejiro got a shocker when he realised the locks to the office where he was to occupied had been changed.Danlami told him he knew he was behind some of the investors that left BBP to MLA  ,Ejiro got a demotion .

Ayo got and ace on Mayowa,she showed up right after the policewoman left.Mayowa gave his business card to the Policewoman.The picture/video made Mayowa frightened and she asked that her step brother give her all his commission in exchange for the images she had,Mayowa took her phone and smashed it on the floor.Ayo made him realise she had them backed up and he added buying her a new phone besides the commission she will be getting.

Chich gist her colleagues about Mayowa's  bravery when he had the conversation with the Policewoman,Hosu is not convinced Mayowa has changed for the better.Onajite comes in  and overheard Chichi mention the presence of a policewoman in the house,she looks concerned.

Dame Sally and Hon Rochas visit Cyril at the police station,the tell him the kind of dangerous person his uncle use and cites how the life of certain bright young man Jude Okocha was cut short and he may be in the same situation if he doesn't join their team as they are the only ones the General has not been able to defeat.Cyril is astonished at all they had said and doesn't believe them.

Ejiro meets  with Hadiza so she could plead with her husband to get him to his former position.Hadiza tells him she doesn't meddle in her husband's corporate affairs,Ejiro reminds her of her early interference.She tells Ejiro he will have to help Danlami seal some deals and he will present it like it was Danlami's idea that worked.

Danlami tell Mayowa about Cyril's arrest and if he needs to know anything since he secure his account but he didn't say anything to him.Mayowa calls Jason who came with Lilian to the club he was unreachable.

Dr Emeka calls Mayowa that he saw his card dropped on Keisha who was brought to their hospital.Mayowa denies it but Emeka could sense that he was guilty.

AMBattleground S1:E56(Recap)

Emeka treated Keisha despite his father's disapproval,he also found some money on the young lady and later saw Mayowa's card from BBP  on her.

Ejiro got served by Lara after he made it clear to him that his services no longer needed despite bringing two major investors from BBP.

Police came looking for Mayowa,he had some questions to answer about Seth the journalist who was electrocuted and had raised many SOS prior to his death on threat to his life,the policewoman met Chichi who asked in a funny manner the police station she came from as she knew about two.

Mayowa  answered some of the questions asked by the Policewoman and when he realised he was implicating himself,he declined to continue speaking.

Moshood goes to see Dr Emeka on health issues,he seems to be having prostrate issues and Dr Emeka enlightened him about prostrate cancer that.Eugene also noticed all is no well with Moshood and was surprised he went to the hospital as he is known for taking his touch and go  herbs,he teased Moshood on not walking well,Moshood recommends Eugene should also visit the hospital.

The Police come to Cyril's bar for a search,they found cocaine and handcuffed him for further questioning...(That scene would have been better though in reality NPF commits such errors too)

AMTinsel :Nero's Silly Games and Maami's Marriage Talks(Highhlights S10:E2077-2081)

Amaka is not ready to  bear Dikkibo's surname as well as allow the Mr Horsefall adopt Tochi,he confides in Laide about these and she explains  to Dikibo logically why Amaka  finds it difficult changing her name.

Nero keeps frolicking with Amaka and tags it business meeting.Sheila visits Amaka to apologise and the latter did nothing but rub it in her face her frequent meetings with Nero,Sheila had no choice but to show  tell him off .

Salewa's lecturer has the knives for her,he had her in mind since her matriculation day and feel she is proud because she is an Ade Wiliams.

Shosana initially refused Ene's job offer to be her partner in driving sales to her catering business,Salewa and Helen talk sense to their friend and made her take up the job .

Maami goes on and on why her granddaughter should get married ASAP.

Charles is trending on social media because of his response to the post about Odyssey,he decides to turn it into something positive by inviting the blogger to the studio for a tour and some information about the ongoing project.Nnnena seems to be the most interested about the blog news,the blogger also mentioned one of the staff at Odyssey mentioned the power tussle between Charles and Nero.

Serena continues with her shenanigans,she comes up with a list of what Alexis will need to make the project easy and the ones that cannot be provided should have alternatives,Brenda takes the list but tears it after Serena exits.Brenda also had a word with Mimi not to mess with her or she will get her delisted in the industry.Serena also tried getting friendly with Brenda by complementing her perfume but Brenda didn't permit her sirenre but faced the meting they were having on the project.

Dikkibo has amended his Will by making Amaka and Tichi beneficiaries,Laide and Chief Gyang as witness,Amaka almost caught them but they were able  to keep Amaka in the dark.

Frank arranges another girl Simisola for Obiora,he feels she will be a better girlfriend and wife material.Obiora not interested.

 NEXT:Amaka is probably about to meet with Nero again,she lies to Mr Horsefall about her whereabouts.

Cyril is summoned by his uncle General for  with BBP  rather than MLA as agreed.Cyril told his uncle he made  his decision based on the portfolio of both companies and it was also not based on his relationship with the girl (probably referring to Ayo) and also that IT industry is fickle.General told Cyril that he has made his choice(Whatever that means  in General's terms)

Hadiza is seen pleading with her husband and asking for forgiveness,she also wants him to pay close attention to BBP,Danlami later gets a call about some investors moving out of BBP,he quickly left the house to make amends but nobody came calling ,he was disappointed.Hadiza is surely up to something has she is seen chastising someone on phone for not doing the task well.

Ola calls Lara ,she initially rejects the call but later calls him back.Ola apologise for his mum's visit but he was surprised when he got to know that his mum invited her for dinner.Lara came along with Alhaji Tanko who had stories to tell about his travelling on a yacht .Ola got uncomfortable and he had to excuse himself at the table ,his mum followed him and when he started whining she reminded him about the wolf or sheep and which  of the animals he wanted to be.Meanwhile Alhaji Tanko and Lara also discuss Ola and Lara's closeness to him,he feels it's not a good idea but Lara tells him she has it under control.

Lara came hard on Cissy with questions about her relationship with Chief Bhadmus,from being a second wife and not in the know,Cissy handled it well ,it was her son Ola that reacted.Alhaji Tanko saw the handwriting on the wall asked to leave but with some takeaway of the meal.While they were at the dinner Lara was also in touch with someone on phone.

Mayowa is at the club with his friend,he had brought a certain Keisha girl with him who sniffing cocaine,Mayowa not in the mood for a party like that and felt partying in a club owned by his cliet was inappropriate,the friend convinced Mayowa that they take the party to his house,it was while they were in their way that Keisha passed out or probably dead.Mayowa suggest they take her to t his family hospital where it will be kept secret but the guy disagrees and believes the staff might sell  the information so he suggest they walk away.

Hadiza tells her husband to promote Ejiro  but Danlami feels that will mean dancing to Ejiro's tune and that is not his thing ,Hadiza tells him to look at the bigger picture.

Cissy stops by at MLA to see the woman that is making her son's heart skip,Ayo is not pleased with the visit,her mum tels her she didn't come to see her but using the visit as an excuse to see Lara who came in shortly after they ended the conversation.Cissy introduce herself and thank Lara for giving her daughter the job.

Sophie decided to re arrange  the sitting room because of energy flow,she tells Chichi about it who goes to call  Eugene and Moshood and acts out what Sophie had said.The staff got tired at some point and Onajite was not pleased with the re arrangement but Sophie put her in a corner and balance of energy must prevail heheheheeheh.

Cyril gives his asset management to BBP!Danlami is elated and proud of Mayowa and gave him his customised BBP business card.the news became what was trending ,Mayowa became the man of the moment. Yakubu featured Danlami and Mayowa on the show.Hadiza is also delighted but was not pleased when he saw Mayowa with  her husband on the show,She also seems to be in touch with Ejiro..

Meanwhile Danlami noticed Ejiro not at work as at noon,he observed this before he left for the interview on the insider.

Cissy apologise to Ola after the visit,she commend her son's taste in women but notes that there is something odd about Lara,Ola wants his mother to stay out it.Ayo also reiterates that her boss is not Ola's type and he should leave her alone.

Mayowa calls Mayowa to mock her (That scene was so funny) on not securing Cyril's asset management.Lara also lashes out on Ayo for the loss and if not even their mum's visit will help her.

Danlami is home but Hadiza's not excited about his arrival,she sure has something on her mind.

Moshood gist his colleagues Adaora's behaviour when they arrived at the airport  ,he told them she was not friendly compared to Chief.Eugene is concerned about their salary with Chichi saying there is fire on the mountain,Sophie disrupts their  discussion and told them they need  worry about anything as Onajite is capable and she is also available to render necessary help when and if needed.

Danlami queries Ejiro's meeting with Lara,he informs her that she accosted him at the restaurant and that was all.Danlami reminds Ejiro that reputation is everything in their business and he should always endeavour that it should be intact always,Danlami then handed Ejiro keys to his new office.

Mayowa trying his best possible to meet with Cyril,while waiting he was tempted to go back to his life of drinking but he was able to keep it together and ordered juice.Cyril later shows up but Mayowa didn't nail his presentation and when Cyril told him his information is contrary and better to what Danlami presented,he got angry.Cyril told him he should send him an email and left .

Ola calls Lara for a date but she turned him down,Ola was able to get some info about Lara from his sister Ayo and that her hobbies are picking on staff and reading pastry magazines,This gives Ola an idea and he sends gateaux to Lara but when she knew where it came from she told her staff to devour it.Ayo got home and informs her brother what happened to the cake he sent and that he is embarrassing himself,Cissy was present wen Ayo mentioned it,she also told her brother her boss is not in his category.

Chichi cleans up Adaora's room and Sophie shows up,Chichi is full of praises for Chief Kolade for buying lovely and expensive things for his wife.Sophie likens his act to men in the west and Chichi brought it local level understanding translating her west to Yoruba men  hahahahahahahah,Sophie later send Chichi to get her phone so she could ransack Adaora's room,Onajite caught her .The phone Sophie was looking for rand and she was embarrassed but Chichi felt she was just forgetful.Onajite warns Chichi to be careful and never leave anybody in the room when alone in their madam's room when it is open for cleaning.

Ayo still pleading with Cyril as per the account but he gave her no answer.

It's Ejiro's birthday and the staff celebrating,Danlami asked them what the merriment was about,he was informed and that lots of cakes have been coming in for Ejiro.Danlami sighted one from MLA.

Mayowa is disappointed in himself and calls Teni,she motivates him but Mayowa not ready for lectures,he is about to resume taking alcohol again.......

AMBattleground S1:E52(Recap)

Ayo pitch MLA to General and had done some research on him to know he was related to Cyril Mbanefo,she wanted his account for their company.General had also done research on Ayo and knew she was Kolade Bhadmus daughter from his other wife,he asked her why she was working with a rival company of  her father ,she explained that the potentials at MLA better and higher than BBP,the meeting came to an end with General not saying Yes or No.General's goon kept pushing away back when she leaned forward .

Dr Kalu is at the Bhadmus house to meet with Adaora, he ask about her children Teniola and Mayowa,the former on a branding course while Mayowa spend more time at BBP.He educates her about the recovery process of Kolade and what sh should expect ,he is likely to be in a persistent vegetable state.Adaora not okay with the news,she later goes to the room where Kolade is and rants,she speaks on how her mother warned her about marrying him and the array of choice men that were worshipping her.She removes his oxygen mask and tells him that she doesn't want him to die but come out of coma so that she can kill him with her own hands.

Mayowa male meets Mayowa female at the club and the latter wanted to slap the former ,the bartender had to come halt the situation and told them fighting is prohibited at the club.Mayowa female moves to go see Cyril and she was all about his account,Cyril is not pleased and notes most girls like him for what they can get from him and not true love. Emeka also shows up at the club and Mayowa not happy to see him,he rants about what he did to his sister,Emeka tells him to stay out of their business as they are both adults and walks away.Mayowa male also wants to get to Cyril,the bartender ask for tip to give him info,the bartender collects the money and tell Mayowa Emeka is his ticket to Cyril...

Emeka walks in on Mayowa rehearsing how he was going to speak with him,he had overheard him practising.Mayowa told him he was at the hospital to see Dr Kalu and he told him he is also 'Dr Kalu' Mayowa then told him he wanted to see the senior one hahahahahahahahahhaha.


Danlami furious with Ejiro's frolic with MLA and was going to call him t order,Hadiza advise her husband that is not the best move for now.

Cissy wants Ola to go on a date with a girl whose family is respectable and rich,Ayo joins in prepping her brother,the lady later calls to cancel the date .Ola decides to take a walk and bumps into Lara of MLA who was out jogging,he joins her and they got cosy and almost kissed.......

Earlier Lara had also called Ayo to remind her of her job and that her ticket to staying at MLA is to get Cyril Mbanefo's account.

Adaora has made up her mind she is taking the vacation,Sophie reminds her she is there to support her  as always but Adaora tells her this is her 'me' time.Mayowa comes in and thought something had happened to his father,he later got to know that his mum was travelling and was upset about the decision but later came round,he will sure miss his mum .
