AMBattleground S1:E88(Recap)

And it got hotter on Battleground !!!!

Cyril is back at the bar and he had to disguise to come in,he informs his staff that he should take charge as he has to lay low for a while,his staff also told him how the police invasion stopped all of a sudden and the story not on  mass media except some blogs .Cyril leaves the bar  but we notice a man around him that keeps trailing him but he doesn't know .

Cissy continues her gum body with her Belema (the pet name she calls Kolade)and he seems to be getting irritated by it,Cissy brings up the garden at the back of their home in Port Harcourt  and suggests spending time there.Kolade notes it's been a while and he will think about it.

Adaora is complaining about her hairstyle not matching her outfit ,Sophie uses style to ask about how she gives money to Onajite for household needs,Adaora tells her cousin she gives Ona cash except for her salary and when Sophie tried to raise Ona's incompetence,Adaora lets's her know she is doing a good job managing the house.

Cyril at Emeka's place to lay low,he tells his friend he is in trouble,Emeka feels Cyril should keep a distance from the General .General phonecall comes in,he tells his nephew that he is in in danger and that he need protection ,he will be sending him the place and time they will meet,Cyril leaves.

Sophie going through Onajite's document in the garden,Ona sights her and told her she knew Ms Sophie had the papers,Sophie queries the money in the account and the transfer of funds as well,Ona lets her know her job is a saver and not a spender,Sophie will not release the documents until until Ona tells explains how she got the money.

Meanwhile Dame Sally and Hon Rochas refused to pick the General's call,he notes they might feel he is the one that sent the assassins after them,General tells his goon they are officially at war now.

Kolade meets with Mr Ige Wiliams and Alhaji Tanko,while they were with him Cissy shows up again and adds her mouth to the conversation uninvited,Cissy exchange pleasantries with Alhaji Tanko who also hails her for doing a good job on Kolade,then they mention Grant Pharmceuticals which was one of the 'friends' of BBP and Peter Williams Ige was good to them during his tenure .Cissy tells them the company is known for corrupt practises and have been banned abroad.Mr Ige Williams noted Cissy didn't vote for him and she agreed .

Alhaji Tanko extends an invitation to speak for the people about Grant pharmaceuticals sharp practises,she declines but later goes to call into the show on The Insider as anonymous,Yakubu later got confirmation she was the one that called in!Commotion sets in,Kolade tells her to undo her mess,Danlami and Hadiza had been watching to,the strategy queen tells her husband to do something,The shares of Grant Pharmaceuticals begins to plummet.Cissy tries to do damage control but it seems too late!!

Sandra is trying all she can to get Emeka for herself,she reminds him Teni is not the only girl in Lagos and that she is engaged to her brother,when Emeka tried to suggest Micheal disclose his status to Teni,Sandra ask him if he can also tell Teni he kissed her best friend.

Horace (General) meets with his cousin,it was while they were discussing at the a gun man approached and targeted Cyril,his uncle took his place took the gunshots for him!!

Will the General survive??

AMBattleground S1:E87(Recap)

Cyril tells one of his staff on his plans to make the place secure,it was while he was still talking that the Police arrived and whisked Cyril away.

Ona goes to meet Aunty Sophie to let her know her know she will find her missing necklace and she probably y must have misplaced it ,she also assures her that her staff  do not steal.Ona ask her if she found some documents while she searched her office,Sophie denies.

Ola doesn't support his mother's moves and mission at the Bhadmus residence and tells his mother to put herself in Cissy's shoes ,Ayo is in support of he mother ,she feels there is nothing bad in her mother aspires to be like Adaora who does nothing but being a socialite and the wife of a rich man,Ola is disappointed in what his sister and mother said.

Dr Emeka stops by to see Teniola before he resumes duty with Chief Kolade with a gift ,a box of chocolate just like the one she gave him when he had head injury,Teniola hostile like before but one could see that the things Emeka said to her touched her soul .Aunty Sophie joined Teni after Emeka left and told her she saw a very happy Emeka and how it is no big deal to sow wild oats while Micheal is away after all they are not yet married,Teniola disagrees and doesn't want anything similar to her parents marriage.

Cyril is being interrogated,he is reminded of the last event in his bar (the hard drugs) and now a shoot out ,Cyril tells them he is innocent and he knows nothing about both incidents.the Detective tells him somebody was after him as well as Dame Sally and Hon Rochas ,at this point Cyril request to make a call,he calls his Uncle Horace aka General and told him of what has happened.General tells him to sit still.Minutes later Cyril was released and the Police let him know how connections saved him.

Chichi tells Hosu over the phone how Cissy is the Madam of their house,Ona hears her and lets her know it can never be,Cissy arrives and praises the Bhadmus domestic staff and tells them she will like to know who and what goes in to see Chief,she then faced Ona and ask her to make her a tea,Ona directs it to Chichi but Cissy said Ona should be the one to make the tea.Ona brings it and Cissy ask her she wants it in another cup,the exact China Adaora banned her from using.By the time Cissy left Moshood had to do the ' pekelepekele arubgbo je gbese tan i o san ( this is usually said when people see or hear things that surprise them)Sophie comes in and tries to get cosy with Cissy,Cissy lets her know she could cut the pretence as the not liking each other is mutual.

Dr Emeka finds out Teniola didn't eat the chocolate he gave her,he saw it with Madam V and Chichi who confirmed Teni gave them.

Kolade ask Emeka about his love interest and if he had started trying to win her back,Emeka tells him exactly what has happened so far, Kolade encourages him  and tells him how difficult it was to woo Adaora and when he finally won her he still had to deal with her mum but Adaora fought the battles for him,when Emeka asked him how he dealt with the father,Kolade told him a Yoruba adage that 'oro ta ni ki Baba ma gbo baba lo ma par i ee' the father will still be the one to settle misunderstanding at the end of the day.At this point Emeka wanted to probably tell Chief who the girl was but Nurse Oyiza disrupted.

Cissy is already feeling in charge that she stopped Danlami from seeing Adaora,Teniola steps in and cuts Cissy to size,Danlami also made Cissy know he didn't like what Cissy did to Adaora.

Kolade chats with Danlami,he ask Teni and Cissy to excuse him,he told Danlami he heard how he took care of his family while he was away,this statement destabilised Mr Bako but he pulled through somehow.

Cissy meets with Teniola with to preach peace ati bebelo but Teni made it clear friendship between them cannot as the facts are clear why they can't be .

Ola notice that his sister is moody and it definitely has to do with their father ,he tells she should not develop any attachment towards or for him as it is not worth it,it was while they were discussing that their mum Cissy came in looking tattered ,her children had to ask her what happened to her and she told her she had an accident .Ola was worried about her condition and wasted no time in checking her blood pressure ,while Ola left the room Ayo had to ask her mum the truth about her state and Cissy confessed to her daughter that she got physical with Adaora and she is not bothered because Adaora is only acting like that because she is a loser .....(Cissy ehenhen)

Kolade now remembers all that he claimed he forgot  ,he had also ordered surveillance on all his family members (Adaora and her children),Okemuite Esq plays the videos for him .Chief Kolade also asked to see all that on Adaora but Okemuite dissuaded his client but he insisted ,Kolade saw them all the love in the garden with Danlami,'current tapping' etc.Kolade tells his lawyer since their earlier plans have failed they continue with the alternatives (These guys look like they have plan A-Z).Okemuite welcomes his boss!!!Kolade tells Okemuite to proceed with the plan.

Adaora was dressing up in her room when she heard her husband screaming her name,he blames her for messing up despite him showing her love,Adaora had to refresh his memory on the troubles,pain,shame he had caused his collapse till present day,she then asked leave (On a gerrahia level).Meanwhile Onajite was present but had to leave when the conversation wanted to start.Teni comes in and calms her mum.

Emeka finally got Teniola to listen to her though he threatened but apologised for that,Teniola hostile as ever and does not want to even have anything civil to do with Emeka,to her their friendship died 15 years ago,he also makes Teniola see she is not in a happy place but she disagrees .Teni also blames Emeka for being the one that advise her to let Cissy and her children in.

Teniola stops by to see her father in the study and lets him realise he has not been fair to them all from the discoveries to maltreating her mum  and hopes all will go and end well,Kolade apologise.

Aunt Sophie ask Madam V what went wrong as per their plans,she also lets Madam V realise she must get the necklace which is now missing,Madam V tries to shift the blame but Aunt Sophie doesn't want to hear it.Madam V later goes to meet Ona to stylishly ask her if she found the neckalce,Ona knows she is being set up.Ona also asked if Madam V found any document but her answer was in the negative and so was Chichi when she was asked.

Teniola visits the set of the scoop,she introduced herself as the person who will be branding the studio and programme,she also proposed to help the anchor improve her own personal brand rather than be in the shadow of her superior,she is sure excited .

Dame Sally and Hon Rochas are at Kolade's house in his study,Kolade tells them all the General had told them about their funds was a lie.He succeeded in pitching them against General.They left Kolade's and went to see Cyril who didn't give them attention,while they were thinking of how to  convince him ,a gun man showed up to scatter the club, commotion followed ,everyone fled for safety,we later found out Kolade was behind it !!!!

AMJemeji:More Graves &Terror (S1:E120-125)

Last week in Aji
 HAD and Petu took it to another level when they decided to  kidnap Foton who wanted to bolt ,They will not allow him mess up their plan and while HAD suggest they kill him Petu disagree and rather suggested giving him a portion to knock him out.

Senami is beginning to suspect something fishy is going on when she saw the woman that came to see Kingsley that claimed the pregnant woman one of his beneficiaries was the same one that was found dead in the forest and her baby was not found on her.Senami also didn't believe all that Neza told her about Kingsley killing her grandma.Senami also apologised to Oviyon and extends it to his mum.

Meyise continues to get the cold treatment from his 'step siblings and step mum' . We also see strange animals show up again from goat head to a bird.

Sewedo meets with Glory and she gave him some of the information he might around Aji,one of these was Dr Jide's phone number.

Jonah arrives Aji but he could not see his father,Petu told him his father had travelled and also left orders that Jonah not be allowed to enter the house,Jonah feels something strange going on and by the town he contacted his cousin Ovi he had an idea of what happened.

Petunia got the beating of her life from HAD who left her unconscious but she later got treatment from  Matron Zansi when Oviyon and Jonah gained access to the house to rescue Foton.

Folake continues to give Obi  some ' liver' and not bow to the pressure of  the 'members of his family'.The power tussle between Meyise and his 'siblings' gained Tempo as Nokwehyon eventually slapped her brother

Jonah and Peace were able to give us some cool love scenes to calm the tension in Aji ,The former is obviously in love with  the latter.

Senami got apologies from the villagers as well courtesy Doris

The Villagers also march to lay their complaints to the crown price who will make sure all will be fine.Sonayon also assures them of same.

HAD strangled Petu and she is probably dead .while the strangling was going on Peace felt it and was even bleeding......

Neza explains to Senami and Ovi separately why he did what he did.

Oviyon hints Matron Zansi about  Foton's state and what led to it but will not say where he was,Ovi asked for drugs but Senami was not around but Matron knew what to give so she gave him.

Foton cant believe Oviyon could be taking care of him and wanted to even know where his Petu his,he dropped the bombshell that HAD wants to burn down the palace and kill Meyise .

Movie Review:Hakkunde

Akande (Kunle Idowu aka Frank Donga) is a graduate who is faced with unemployment and he became a senior applicant all to no avail,he also had to deal with  his overbearing  elder sister Yewande (Toyin Abraham).Akande gets fed up and decide to take a risk by following his friend /okada rider to Ibrahim(Ibrahim Daddy) to Kano to get freebie from Cattle allowance which never happened but opened up Akande to ideas,opportunities and love.

The first thing that was noteworthy to me in the movie was seeing the actor in a different role other than the comic roles he is used to playing,It also drives the point that it's good to be creative ,innovative and make a move with ideas and the results of working hard.The movie also gives us some comic scenes too.It also takes us into Cattle rearing  ,social life , a bit of culture obtainable in Northern Nigeria.

However there are some scenes that I wanted to see more eg,when Akande mistakenly pushed the egg seller and her eggs broke,I didn't like that that scene was interpreted in slow motion,action would have been better.The issue of sickle cell that was raised was not well addressed,the education was on the matter was sparse .At some point you could even loose touch with the movie .

 All in all Hakkunde could be said to that movie that seems to motivate you to 'just do it' quoting a line from the production' everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear '

Overall rating I will give it Okay .

There was a battle in Battleground on this episode!

Adaora&Cissy

Danlami queries Mayowa's corporate espionage and wonders who put him up to it,Mayowa tells Uncle Lami he just wanted to see some files and that was it,Danlmai ask him why he didn't follow the proper channel and the effect of what he has done plus he should report himself to either his father or the police.

Chief Bhadmus in high spirits as Dr Emeka treats him,Cissy continues her cheering and loving of her belema(or whatever she calls him)Kolade  wants to return ti work ASAP but Dr Emeka tells him he still needs to rest and get better.Adaora arrives and ask to speak to Kolade in private,Dr Emeka was the first to leave,Cissy was reluctant to leave and was trying to play the caregiver and TLC card but Kolade assured her that he will be fine.Adaora laments  the pain,mock she has been going through since post Kolade's return from coma especially with Cissy in the picture but Kolade is not feeling what she has to say ,she raised her voice and Cissy entered to come and defend her husband,Adaora was pissed she showed up but Cissy started blabbing of how she is part of Kolade's life and can't be done away it,that was the straw that broke the camel's back and the next thing we saw was some ' ako igbaju/igbati oloyi (dirty slaps) the Bhadmus wives got physical and from what we saw Adaora won that  battle .And Chief Kolade...he walked away as the ladies fought.....

Madam V is all out to destroy Onajite ,she was seen planting jewellery in Onajite's drawer .Moshood saw her while she was at it but she didn't know.

Mayowa is at the study with his father,Danlami is also present and Okemuite Esq,Kolade orders his son who was reluctant to leave after Danlami reported him to his father,Mayowa said Uncle Lami was exaggerating.Danlami knew it was Kolade that sent Mayowa and felt that was not a god move as Mayowa was trying to be a better person,Danlami also apologise for the way he treated his friend at the office the other day and brought the files he needed,A certain number 1506  was mentioned which later turned out to be the code for the safe.

Teniola tells her brother that he needs not fight for his father's validation as his son when he was feeling down that he messed up a single task his father gave him.

Adaora is quiet post physical battle with Cissy ,Sophie brings up Onajite's loyalty and mentions her missing jewelry and that Ona is high on her list of suspect plus she wants Adaora to be present while they search Ona.Adaora not in the mood and tells her cousin Teni can take her place.

The search begins with Madam V blabbing and sure Onajite will be shamed both the search of her room and office yielded nothing  but Sophie saw some documents in Ona's office and stole them.

Adaora is feeling down and talks to her children to let choices they make in life be theirs.Teniola had also mentioned that she never thought they will be in this kind of situation ,she only saw these things from afar in the media .Adaora tells her children she has never been a quitter and she is not about to start plus they should not be like their father.

Kolade enters his secret room,he punches in the numbers 1506 and the safe is open!!!

AMBattleground S1:E84(Recap)

Adaora is not pleased with the efforts of journalist managing her public image as she has been seeing a lot of nasty/negative comments about her,the journalist told her she is trying her best to counter the unfavourable ones plus Adaora can choose to concentrate on the good ones.Teniola agrees with her mother and wants the journalist to do better,Hadiza was present all through the discussion.

Chichi calls Hosu her friend to know how she was doing at school and that she misses her but as usual with Chichi she gives her friend gist and what has been happening around the house and the hottest being that Hosu's mum madam V wants to overthrow Onajite,Hosu will ask her mum but Chichi pleads that that will make her look like amebo 😂😅😆(Chichi that is what you are)

Kolade wants his son Mayowa to help him get a report from BBP,he tells him he had been banned from the premises and not getting those files will lead to a quagmire for him,Mayowa is furious his father was prohibited from his own company,he agrees to do it for him,Kolade tells his son Ejiro will be of help and he should tell him he will remember.He is not sure so he ask Teni  his sister using an analogy about what he is about to do for his father,Teniola knew he was talking about their father and advice him not to do something he will regret later.

Yakubu of The Insider wants updates of the happening in and around BBP from Danlami who as usual assures him all is well with the company but Yakubu disagrees as in order to quench the doubts ,Danlami tells Yakubu that there will be  a press conference at 2pm.Hadiza hears about it and will like to go with her husband to the Bhadmus residence for it.

Madam V made Eugene to write her complaints against Onajite ,Madam V gives it to Adaora when she served them at table.Adaora hands it over to Onajite when she showed up and believes that is for her .Sophie ask her cousin what that was about and she tells her it is the staff issues and they sometime refer it to her but she doesn't intervene as Ona is in charge of that.

Onajite confronts Madam V who doesn't feel remorseful for what she has done .Madam V continues to hammer on the salary increase and notes she is a senior staff and deserves the perks of that office as well.

Mayowa meets with Ejiro about what he plans to do and how his father told him he will helpful.Ejiro will not assist but gives Mayowa an idea of how he can go about it which is to switch laptops.Mayowa takes the  advice and executes by replacing the laptop of the BBP staff with his own,he had made the man leave the office by telling him Danlami wanted to see him but it seems it was a bait as he was caught before he could leave BBP,Danlami ask him to return the laptop,Ejiro,the security man ,receptionist who delayed him were there to stop him.

Hadiza had scheduled a meeting for Adaora at BBP with the 'connected journalist' Teniola was with her mother while the meeting was going on.Back at the Bhadmus residence,Journalist were present for the press conference and Kolade told them recovery has not been easy ,he then introduced Cissy as his wife 😱Hadiza had called Adaora in the middle of her meeting to see the press conference on Tv,she saw and heard it live!Kolade holding out Cissy as his wife!!

Moshood was able to point his boss to where he kept the Ephemera files,Kolade was grateful to his driver and asked if he knew more but that was all Moshood knew but Chief could not gain access as he had forgotten the password.Moshood also spoke about Kolade's being nice ,intelligent and smart,'over plans the logistical plan of everything' ,he also speaks about his temper.Moshood also used that opportunity to tell his boss to find a way to unite his family,the sickness has given him a second chance and he should use it wisely

Chichi is not ready to listen to Aunt Sophie about the truncated outing ,she even walked out on her and called her bluff and doesn't want  the wind of recession  to affect her plus she is not higher than Ona and when she says otherwise she reminds her of Mayowa and suggests that Aunt Sophie should get another person if she cannot wait till her off day (Chayii Aunt Sophie have kan abukun)Sophie is really frustrated and Mayowa noticed all is not well with his aunty,he noticed she was carrying a dress.Aunt Sophie's phone rings but she refused to pick.

Dr Emeka runs into Mayowa who was not happy to see him and wonders why he was still in their house,Emeka told Mayowa Chief Kolade remembered his voice and his father and OKemuite Esq felt it was good to have him around ,Mayowa felt that and wondered why he didn't remember him that had been taking care of him.Teniola comes to disrupt the conversation and was surprised to see her brother and Emeka discuss peacefully,she couldn't wait and dragged Mayowa along.Teniola told her brother  she wants them to get rid of Cissy but Mayowa is not interested and feels since their dad creating new memories he might as well be part of it,Teniola is shocked.Adaoara also tried to get Mayowa on her side and does a bit of blackmail but Mayowa wants them to give their dad/husband a chance ,Adaora warns her son that she tried it but failed.

Okemuite and Kolade discuss about the safe,The former tells him he doesn't know the code to the safe  but Kolade doubts him and fires him but that will not stand as Okemuite had prepared a documemt declared his client not mentally fit and he will continue to be on a retainer and get paid for doing nothing.Mayowa comes into the study ,he tells his father he was the one that asked to see him.The meeting didn't go well as Cissy and her children came up and Mayowa was not recognised.Mayowa had to go back to Teniola to ask for the album and that their father had to remember everything.

Sophie complains about Onajite overstepping her boundaries but Adaora disagrees as Ona has been very faithful and her right hand,Sophie couldn't say more.

The expert couldn't open the safe,it is virtually impossible for him to crack and the only option left is for Chief Kolade to remember the code.

Kolade goes to meet Danlami.,he request for files to track Ephemera Fund but Danlami cannot help him and says the timing is not okay,Danlami told his partner he has ordered for full audit of the company and he should stay away,this angers Kolade but Danlmai was prepared and ask Kolade to leave.

AMBattleground S1:E82(Recap)

Dr Kalu is disappointed that Kolade never told him the people he is up against and that his friend just made him a cock in his elaborate scheme.Dr Kalu is obviously angry,he reminds Kolade that the life of him and his son is threatened.Okemuite comes in and tells Kolade Dr Kalu's reaction was expected ,ask for what next.Chief Kolade can't remember anything as per the General's funds .he told Okemuite the General is definitely not joking about the money,Okemuite tells his client he has overstretched himself for a day and needs to rest .

Chichi comes to show  Aunt Sophie her outfit for their outing and she compliments her.Chichi couldn't go with Aunt Sophie because Onajite made it clear to Sophie she receives orders from Adaora or Chief,by the time Ona also mentioned  Mayowa Chichi went back inside .

Kolade seems not to remember anything about the Ephemera fund .Danlami arrives and he also need questions .He told his business partner how a gun was pointed to his head all because if Ephemera fund ,he also wants to about other under the table dealings Kolade has done but Chief Bhadmus had no answer for his friend and partner.

Adaora is also asked about the Ephemera fund but she doesn't know about it and brings up the issue if Cissy and her children again that her husband had kept for decades from her,she puts finishing touches to her dressing and leaves for the TV programme she was scheduled  for.Adaora talks about her NGO and also chipped it in about Cissy being a husband snatcher.A social media trend was created ,Teniola shows her mum and feels it can be used to her advantage for her NGO.

Onajite arrives and mentions the arrival of Mrs Hadiza Bako,Adaora's countenance changed that even her daughter noticed it ,She eventually leaves and Hadiza tells her she came to show her support and is available if she needs more as she has friends in the mass media who can help.While the ladies were talking Cissy arrives and tells Adaora she came to apologise for her keeping her relationship secret and that a force man cannot be forced into a relationship ,Adaora is not ready to hear Cissy's confession as he is not a priest.Hadiza had the wicked smile on while the Bhadmus wives were arguing.

Moshood comes to the study to remind Kolade where the documents he might be looking for is.

Kolade opens his eyes and he recognised  General.Dr Kalu and Okeimute ESq tried to make excuse for their client  during the introduction and thought the 'amnesia' will affect him but that was not necessary.

Eugene is called by Aunt Sophie to go and see Adaora,he fidgets and feels he is in trouble that was why he was being summoned but by the time he got to the Study to see Adaora he found out that the reason he was called was different .Adaora asked him if he had numbers of Shady reporters and he provided her with it.Meanwhile Moshood noticed the summon of Eugene by Sophie (and he will probably ask his friends questions when he comes out or let it fly )

Vhyotu ask Onajite when they will be a  salary increase for the,he tells her it will probably be by the end of the year ,this news didn't go well with Madam V.Eugene comes out of the Study with high shoulders,Ona was surprised but Eugene paid no attention to her.

Sophie continues to hunt for girls and she prefers a non street smart girl ,she ends the phone conversation when Chichi entered the kitchen,from Sophie's description of her Specification Chichi matches perfectly,she tells Chichi she will like to invite her out as she needs to see beyond the walls of this house,Chichi reluctant as she will be needing permission from Onajite which seems imposicant but Sophie assured her she will make it happen and they will be rolling together.

General refreshes Kolade's memory about the money he is owing as he couldn't remember,Earlier Okemuite and Dr Kalu refused to go out but by the time they saw a gun,the entered ghost mode.Okemuite tells  assures Dr Kalu not to worry as General cannot kill Kolade but he cannot disclose the reason.

Teniola comes out and saw the people who were meant to be taking care of her father outside and a strange face,she felt it was Cissy and her children but alas she was wrong.Kolade tells his daughter to leave as he was having a meeting with an old friend,General notes  Kolade's family is the star at the centre of  his galaxy and if he fails to pay the 25% of the money owed within the period given his first child will die.

Adaora was able to get hold of the journalist to do a viral bad press for Cissy.We also saw a certain strange man hug Cissy in public.The news became viral and Cissy's children see it ,Ayo more worried for her mum but Ola cares less.

The bad press for Cissy everywhere that  when she got back to the hotel,she narrated to her daughter how someone called her husband snatcher and poured water on her.

Adaora is happy with her small feat,even the tabloid programme invited her for an interview,Adaora feigned non interest in the Cissy issue but wanted her NGO in the news,The TV host thanked her for helping her save her job by granting her request.Adaora says she just started with Cissy!!

AMTinsel:Divorce,Love and Games(S10:E2098-2106)

A lot has happened in AMtinsel in the last two weeks

Amaka is not letting go of her feeling for Nero ,the later had told her he had feeling for her but because she was incommunicado and was in other relationships he though she had moved,on hearing this the loff for Nero was ignited and she increased her cold attitude towards Dikkibo and decided the best way for her is to get a divorce .This came as a shock to Dikkibo ,Sheila and Laide when they heard .Sheila also feels they should mind their business and leave the couple to sort themselves.

Joanne and Sheila continue to discuss ways to move the mirage spa forward,Joanne also feels Amaka is no issue.


Nero leaves for a business trip and leaves Sheila in charge of Angela's biopic ,Amaka didn't see that coming.

Bimpe continues to plan ways to pay Tomi Ajayi back for messing with her friend Telema,she even sent Shina to help but Frank spoiled that plan unknowingly.Bimpe assures Damini she is out of Telema's business.*Yimu*(wriggle nose)

Shoshanna continues to put Obiora on a long thing.....

Serena continues to be a diva mama but Brenda put her on check which later led to Serena's disappearance.Ik also tried to comfort her but she will not let him into her heart.

Zane writes to Brenda ,he is still in love with him and vice versa...

Mimi and Charles had collabo in the former's office,by the second time they were into the kissing and caressing Nnnena caught them.......Meanwhile Mimi had been forming for her former colleague Nnnena before then.

Kayode trying to improve Telema's career..they meet with Cleo who feels the next thing for Telema to do is to release an album (Can she sing to save her life or just want to create buzz😅)

A lot has happened in Aji in the past two weeks

Sulah is sent to the great beyond after Dr Jide discovered he knew about fake Miyise and he didn't want anybody to open their derriere.Iya Francis also joined her ancestors when HAD was told she knew that he killed Moses and was spreading the news like wild fire.

 Folake also use Totai to get the stolen loot from Dr Jide and tells Obi they need to escape after he confessed to her he is a fake.They agree and plan to escape but this was stopped with the arrival of Chief's son Sewedo,his sister and mum later arrive and they are obviously not smiling with Obi.

Foton is fed up of HAD and Petu's schemes but he was not allowed to quit the group.He also found out HAD &Petu have been on the black mamba business.

Mausi earned a slap from Totai when she disguised and came into the market,HAD later goes withb his go plead with Mausi as she is needed and make her realise she is no big deal but Mausi proved them wrong when she suddenly disappeared.

Oviyon wants his uncle brought to book but not only did Meyise /Obi frowned at exposing one of their own,Petunia came to rescue her husband from the lion's den.

Akweyon still out of reach to Neza and Seyive.

Sewedo goes about town asking questions about Obi/Lionel/Meyise.Folake also wants Ms Tella to hold on to the article a bit before publishing.

Senami still thinks Kingsley is the best thing that has ever happened to her though she is beginning to observe the starnge things going on around him.Neza decides to trail Kingsley and his men  and discovered they are into shady deals.Senami also discovered Dr Jide has been giving notification of birth without sighting the babies.Neza informs her her boo killed her grandma.

AMBattleground S1:E80(Recap)

Cissy continues with her 'bonding' with her long lost husband ,she mentions one of the drama series she loves tagged Battlefield and how Kolade does not pay attention whenever she watched,Kolade let her realise that he specially loved the way she narrated what she watched to him.Adaora comes in and see them and apologise for disrupting their moments..Cissy acted like she overstepped her boundaries but it was shortlived

Adaora lets Teniola realise her father (her husband) is not the 'good' person he thinks he is and he takes her to the study to see that he never tore the prenup he prepared for her before the disrupted marriage to her,she was in shock .Adaora tells Teni to protect her father and as usual Teni wasted no time in swinging into action ,she asked Daddy Amnesia if he remembered the document,his answer was negative,Teni tells her father to be very careful around Cissy and he should not allow himself to be used and he should reduce the time he spends with Cissy and her mum should be the one by his side.

Moshood also feels the best remedy to Kolade's amnesia is herbs.

The Nurse at the hospital meets Dr Emeka and informs him that his father forgot to take his drugs,Emeka is worried and calls Teniola if she his dad was in their house but she told him No.

Adaora was strolling in the garden when she noticed Kolade was in the garden,he calls her to speak to her and he started his 'guy man' sense (because Kolade can pretend for Africa nowadays) he tries to give his reason for marrying another wife and having children out of wedlock on something Adaora caused she is furious and leaves his side,she meet with Sophie who wanted to borrow her cousin's jewellery and scarf to match with the dress she wants to  wear  for a friend's wedding,Adaora mentions what happened outside with Kolade,Sophie drops some Feng Shui advise that she should seize the opportunity that has presented itself to get closer to Kolade.

Cissy the monitoring spirit had seen Adaora and Kolade in the garden talking,she tells him that she feels like an intruder but Kolade calmed her when she said with Adaora he thinks with his head but with Cissy he thinks with his heart ,Adaora had come in to see come spend time with Kolade ,she couldn't go further as she saw Cissy and Kolade kissing.

Horace(General) is live and direct in Kolade Bhadmus bedroom with Okemuite,Dr Kalu and General's goon

Dr Chijoke Obi Kalu looks up from his writing and sees his guest,he was able to place his face and trace him to Chief Kolade,he also saw the man that once came that frightened him some time ago at the office.Horace(General) ask Dr Kalu to follow him and when he resisted and wanted to make a phonecall, his goon pointed a gun at him and even seized his mobile phone when it rang.Emeka also came in to see his father and update him on some certain matters,he requested to take his father's place to see the patient,an idea General was okay with but Dr Kalu made sure his son didn't replace him.

Mayowa questions Cissy's presence in their house but the latter will not say a word and even asked Chichi to bring her latte,Teniola comes and sights her brother,she tells him to go meet their mum for explanation,Mayowa is also not cool that they keep treating him like a child ,Adaora tells her son this is a good opportunity for him to show 'the man of the house ' that he is always claiming.

Madam V thanks Mayowa for paying her son's tuition but he is not interested in the conversation,Ona heard part of the conversation and had to ask what she was discussing with Mayowa,she told her and also explained her fears as she feels the gift is a Greek gift as Mayowa might want to 'sleep' with her daughter or she will end up being a life slave for the Bhadmus.Ona once again educates Madam V on the importance of education and even asked why Onajite is a maid,Ona corrects her that she is the house manager.

Sophie is unable to get girls for General,she wonders why it so tough to do that now and talks about how she was the top person that got girls for the high class men and how every girl wanted to associate with her because of her 'connections' the friend also told Sophie she was not into that kind of life anymore.

Alhaji Tanko still tried to convince Danlami to head BBP and when he refused like before,he opened his eyes that Kolade is not the person he thins he is,he had done a lot of unconventional things and told Danlami to open the recycle bin and the expression Danlami had changed,he made Danlami know he is now O.Y.O.

Dr Kalu leaving the hospital.Emeka sure notes something is not right,he ask his father if he can prepare for surgery,his father gives him a go ahead and also believes his son can handle the hospital no matter what happens.

Hadiza doesn't want to see Danlami,she shut him out!

Mayowa goes to see his father in the room and was about to vent but Kolade welcome his son with a big bear hug

Alhaji Tanko and Hadiza continue to praise Danlami over dinner and even made a toast to him but it was very obvious from his expression he was not interested in the conversation,after dinner Danlami had to politely order Alhaji Tanko to leave his house

Cissy struts the Bhadmus mansion ,Adaora and Sophie see her .Sophie wonders what she is still doing around the house as visiting hours are over,Adaora tells her cousin the ingrate Kolade and his mistress(referring to Cissy) will not have a peace but Sophie thinks otherwise and use the analogy of the bird building nest and laying eggs ,the fengu shist advice work and when Dr Kalu came to meet her after she complained that Cissy's presence irks and humiliates her,she made it know that no further agreements on the matter meanwhile Cissy also lets Dr Kalu know that whether Adaora likes it or not she cannot change the fact that she is part of Kolade's life.(Ehenhenhen)

Sophie receives a call from her creditors,she assures them that she will pay very soon,while she was on the phone conversation,Chichi passes by and waves to her 'friend'.Sophie receives another call,it's from Horace(General) they reminisce about old times and we were made to know they had a romantic past,Sophie pleads for a rendezvous and after persuasion Horace changes his schedule for the day to fit her in.

Hadiza confront Danlami on turning down Alhaji Tanko's offer to head BBP,Danlami tries to shut her up but not this time,Hadiza gave it to him hoooooot,from calling him a failure,weak,naive etc and lets him know he cannot get rid of her !

Horace&Sophie meet as they discuss old times and how the former ran away with the latter's two million naira.Sophie is ready to make it up to General and feels she is not in the best shape,he needs the new wine even though the General feels old wine is sweeter wine.

Mayowa is back from his own vacation and in no time constitute a nuisance at Eneka's house,he made him know this will not be long as he is going to his father's house.Mayowa calls his sister and wonders why nobody bothered to reach him ,Teni told him they didn't want to disturb his vacation,she also mentioned their dad's birthday that took place.

Chichi and Moshood happy to see Mayowa  when he arrived,Chichi assisted him to carry his bag and Moshood hails him and calls him 'ipata'(rascal).Mayowa enters and sees Cissy lounging.....Chichi waste no time to radio it to Moshood,she mentions the look on his face when he saw his stepmother.Moshood says Cissy is a nice woman and there is nothing Mayowa can do on this matter.

Dr Kalu is informed he has a patient that specifically request to see him,It's General and his goon!!!

Dr Emeka and Oyiza arrive the Study to check Chief Kolade  and Oyiza,Okemuite assures him nobody knew about the incident that happened as they were all still busy celebrating.Dr Kalu is still not happy  with all that Kolade said to him and he told Okemuite after they left the study,Okemuite told him Chief Kolade didn't really mean what he said as he said it in anger,he also revealed that Dr Kalu was paid handsomely for the 'job' he did with Kolade Dr Kalu also wants to know the people he is up against for Kolade to have taken the kind of risk he took,Okemuite Esq tells him it is best he doesnt know (hmmmmmm)

Adaora arrives the Kitchen and challenges Cissy for coming into her kitchen,Cissy tells her that was not her intention and that she just wanted to cook Kolade's favourite but the explanation did not work and Cissy was ordered out of the kitchen...she goes out and meets Eugene who add petrol to fire by telling her that the behaviour Adaora exhibited is their trademark .Adaora decides to cook after Sophie gingers her to and had to kit up.she requested that Ona bring her face mask,gloves and allergy drugs as she is allergic to seafood,by the time she entered the kitchen Chichi had to ask 'who died' it was a funny to see their madam cook and her reaction while she was at it.The expression on Madam V and Chichi face said it all😅😆..Chichi also complained of having so much to do since Hosu left for school,this was before the surgery/catering practical of the fish pepper soup

Cissy is back home and Ayo calls her mother about how the celebration went,she told her all went fine.Ayo ask her mother if she was able to cook the soup but she didn't respond,a knock on the door saves Cissy from further questions ,It's Ola ,he ask his mother about the job at the hospital,she tells him all is going well but Ola knew his mummy was lying.

Dr Emeka is with Chief Kolade in the room and when the latter the former  ask about his opinion on the 'amnesia' he told him he feels he is self centered,Kolade appreciate the honesty but he did everything for his family.Chief Kolade ask about Dr Emeka's love life but he told no one at the moment but the person he loves he cannot have,Kolade tells him when he wants something you should go for it..they commence playing the game of chess.

Alhaji Tanko stops by at BBP and tells Danlami they want him to take over to ensure stability as there is a lot going on around Kolade but as usual Mr Bako is not wiling to be at the helm of affairs.Alhaji Tanko makes him know is loyalty should be with the investors of BBP.

Teniola goes to see her father,he was fast asleep,she continues with her hostility towards Dr Emeka  but he pulled  fast one on her when he went down memory lane of one of the games they played as children and the particular one on her father's birthday when they hid under the table and even refused to play chess with him,she told him she stopped playing when he left .Teniola left the room changed (love rekindled) ,Aunt Sophie had to ask her what happened ,she told her she was fine.

Danlami arrived his house and he heard voices,they had a guest it was Alhaji Tanko laughing with Hadiza,he will also be staying for dinner.Hadiza showers her husband with praise but his expression is not in sync with the situation.

Adaora agrees to go serve Kolade by herself,Madam V and Hosu persuade her but she assures them that is what she wants to do.Adaora entered the room and there she found Cissy feeding 'their husband' fisherman soup

AMBattleground S1:E76(Recap)

Two Weeks Later

General also had a guest,who as it seems is tougher than General(The was in his calmest state ever seen),he had put  General's goon to sleep,he reminds General about his default in loan payment and the diverse excuse he had given ,Romans also reminds how they have broken the standard to favour him....he brings out a gun and points to General......but he spared him.

It is Chief Kolade's birthday and he celebrates it in the midst of some of his domestic staff,Cissy,Dr Kalu etc.He thanks them all for their support during the trying period  and was full of praise for his second wife Cissy and his daughter Teniola.Adaora was missing in action.

Dr Emeka arrives the Bhadmus mansion as we later found out on Chief's request .he meets Teniola on the way who was very hostile to him (yimu*wriggles nose,we know as he dey go deep down)and continues to her destination.Dr Kalu also meets his son ,he disrupts /ends the conversation with Teni and reminds him of his mission in the Bhadmus mansion but Emeka will not buy his father's blackmail .

Sophie goes to see Adaora who ws lounging in her room and ask her why she was not present at the birthday celebration,Ady notes it was not her scheduled time to be with Kolade.Teniola also comes in and shares her Aunt Sophie's sentiments but Adaora's reaction showed they were talking to the wind.

Hosu is leaving for the University and her colleagues see her off to the car alongside her mother Madam V and Aunt Sophie..Moshood told her he will be her chauffeur to the park.Aunt Sophie drops another apoti iro 'lie" when she said she would have given Hosu some money if but all she has on her is foreign currency,Madam V gives her that look of ' I know you are lying'.Madam V also did sakara and refuse to bid her daughter farewell but when she left she sits on the floor and starts to cry.

Nurse Oyiza and Cissy take Kolade to the study  as requested,He tells them they can leave and continues to feign his amnesia even when Dr Kalu came but immediately he left the guy man status of Chief Kolade returns,he tells him he doesn't trust Dr Kalu after his lackadaisical way of handling him at the hospital and his breach of their agreement.Meanwhile Dr Kalu heard it all and storms into the study,he was disappointed in the statements his friend made but Chief Kolade will not take it back,they shout at each other....all of a sudden Kolade has an attack.

Dr Emeka ask Oyiza why she collaborated with her father on his mission and if it was because of money or other reasons.Nurse Oyiza throws a counter question why he is back at the Bhadmus house despite the ill treatments in the past....Dr Emeka on voicemail...

Ola goes to the hospital his mother is to be working as an administrative staff,he finds out from the nurse she has not reported to work since transfer.

Ona goes to update Adaora  from delivery of her curtains ,Lami etc and as usual  she is on the 'talk to the wind ' mode till she heard Cissy is using her expensive China....she reacts...


General's goon wakes up,he tries to give excuse for allowing a foreigner enter their territory.....General tells him it is time for their plan!!(What could that be???)

AMBattleground S1:E75(Recap)

Chichi and Hosu arrive the club and await the date.Chichi wants a drink and calls the waiter to order a drink.Chichi ask for water but was shocked when she heard the price for water  is a N1000,she laments that the waiter had to ask her if she was a regular customer and she replied in the affirmative.The date arrived and he was happy to see Chichi (who is Hosu) to him and Hosu pretending to be Chichi.The communication between real Chichi and the guy didn't flow very well as everything he was saying was strange to her,Real Hosu had to call her friend to plead with her for making her feel embarrassed and begs her to flow as they guy has a lot of money to help her with her tuition

Mayowa arrives the club and found the ladies(Hosu&Chichi),he ordered them to follow him at once and when they got t the car he made both of them sit together in front (😄😄) They arrived home and the first person that saw them after Amos opened the gate was Madam Ona who was shocked to see two of her staff dressed like that and probably out of the house at that time.Mayowa blames Ona for not facing her duties about the staff.Madam V waste no time to pounce on her daughter and that is when Mayowa had an idea of what was happening.Chichi also mentions she is a victim and the whole thing not her plan.

Hosu explains the situation to Mayowa and her reason for being at the club,Mayowa wondered why she didn't come to him or his sister Teni,Madam V interrupted the private discussion at the study but Mayowa made her know that her opinion was not needed.Mayowa also made Hosu know girls come in different sizes and shapes and men like them all after she made him know the reason she involved Chichi because she is light and lepa shandy.

Teniola informs Hosu she will be paying for a tuition,Chichi is happy for her friend.

Adaora goes to see Danlami at home and he makes her know he is not a puppet,they also discuss their family life and the infertility issues the Bakos are facing...Adaora ask if he sought a second opinion about it but he felt it was not necessary.The next thing we saw was Adaora and Danlami in bed ...they surely had some intimate time together!While they were discussing Hadiza arrives and Adaora had to sneak out.Hadiza told her husband her flight was cancelled because of bad weather.Hadiza enters the room and finds Adaora's jewelry.Hadiza comes out and asked her husband about the situation with the reporter ,she then tells her husband not to let the enemy know how you feel about them......Danlami's expression changed and he probably caught a message or revelation of what she means.Hadiza excuse herself to go prepare her megida's meal

Adaora gets back home and she is moody,she regrets her actions and blames Sophie for her predicament and herself as well.

AMBattleground S1:E74(Recap)

Chichi laments she was being cheated by the bureau de change guy,Hosu tells her friend that it is everyone that looks tush that is rich,it was while they were discussing that Ona came to confront Hosu about her kurukere activities in the house  and that she found one of the private laundry she was doing in their madam's clothes,Ona was still chastising her when Madam V picked part of the story and pounced on her daughter,Moshood and co had to stop her.Ona explains to Madam V education is not a bad thing and it will make her daughter get a better life.Moshood once again is the comforter and voice of reasoning for Madam V to calm and make her feel better.

Danlami is absent minded at work and not paying attention to what Ejiro is telling him about investors and BBP,Lami later ask to be excused as he was going to see Kolade.

Adaora tells her cousin no matter what you think you have someone out there is working hard to take it away from you .Ona interrupts the discussion and tells her Dr Uche request to have her around for Kolade as it is always best to have a loved one/familiar face around,Adaora initially refuse to go but Sophie encourages her to go.Danlami arrives the Bhadmus mansion and met Sophie first who went blabbing about the love Adaora had for Kolade and still tries to fit Danlami in,Danlami realised Sophie was playing a game and when her cousin Adaora came in ,Lami speaks to her ,she confesses that the only reason she has been close to him was for him to help recover her assets and be on her side,he lets her know this has always been the case.He meets Sophie and tells her he thought she would have changed but Feng Shui instructor keeps adding petrol to the fire.

Hosu is seen messing around on social media and when the person at the other end requested for a girl that she didn't match it occurred  Chichi fits,she was able to get her to pose for the cameras and even follow her to the club,on their way Amos saw them but let it slide,Hosu tells her friend they will change when they get to the club.

Hadiza picks up Adaora's call when she tried reaching her husband Danlami,Hadiza tells Adaora she will be travelling and Danlami cannot follow her because of BBP business ,she is also full of her husband.Hmmmm

Movie Review:Banana Island Ghost

Ijeoma (Chioma 'Chigurl' Omeruah) is a querulous young lady this affected her academics as she as she either got expelled or suspended for her behaviour.She grew up and continued to be notorious but she also had a problem that needed to be solved,to get her father's house in Banana Island released from mortgage and all she had was three days.Patrick(Patrick Diabuah) died in an accident but while in transit he experienced God(Bimbo Manuel) who gave him three days to find one of the things he wanted he most and he hasn't achieved ;a soulmate.His description happened to match Ijeoma even though that was not who he really wanted.

The movie takes you on different journeys ;comedy,drama,inspiration,spiritual and even effizi .Each scene has something to offer and keep you glued to your seat.

I loved the place where they tried to signify God (Bimbo Manuel)and Patrick on the ocean as Ghost/invisible ,the drones,acting,makeup,location (The disguise of the ninja was on point).Lots of scenes will make you laugh out loud (no jokes),the stunts,sound on point!!

What I didn't like:The lady eating ice cream didn't sit well with me,I don't think anybody will be licking ice cream like that in a public place.And the fight scene,I would have expected to see scars or blood on Ijeoma face after the amount of decking she received from the ninja.

The end gave a bit of suspense as we were not sure what eventually happened to Chichi after she encountered Mr Khing (Ali Nuhu) but it was resolved.

Teniola goes to her mother's room to chat and compliment her but Adaora is not willing to gist with her daughter,she ask of Micheal ,Teni told her that he was abroad,her mother tells her she understands the feeling of not been able to reach loved ones.

The Journalist shows up after Okemuite had told Danlami out of court settlement was the best option but this was unable to take place as the female journalist had her own counter agreement prepared by her lawyer which Danlami didn't agree with.She ended up tearing the cheque she was given and told them it's her terms or nothing.Danlami was furious!Okemuite blames him for not keeping calm as he would have probably been able to talk her out.

Dandora as tagged by a fan +Tinu Badejo 

Adaora arrives and once again she meets with Okeimute and also bumps into Ejiro.Adaora wants to return the favour of 'Lami's niceness to her and when he refused she would not take no for an answer,she calls the receptionist Joyce to cancel all Mr Bako's schedule and they go out to have a nice time in the 'love garden'

Chichi and Madam V go through the Bhadmus laundry,Chichi was shocked to see the amount her madam spent on beauty products,they also found money inside Mayowa's pocket but they commend Temi for being proper.Chichi goes to ask Onajite for detergent,the former exclaims as she is shocked at the detergent just released is exhausted,she refused to give release a new one.

Hosu is seen with clothes,Chichi had to ask her who had the clothes,she confided in her friend that she had been taking people's clothes to launder for a fee so that she can raise money for  her tuition.Chichi then decides to go and ask Aunt Sophie for the money she loaned her,The Feng Shui instructor dishes out more lies to Chichi,she gave her CEFA and told her it the currency of France and will fetch Chichi the N20,000 but by the time she called the forex dealer he gave Chichi the exact equivalent ,she was shocked and thought she had been cheated and seized the Bureau de change guy who later escaped.

Adaora and Danlami sure had  nice time!Hadiza request her husband spend time with her but he gave her excuse ,he let her go but the look we saw speaks volumes!!!

AMBattleground S1:E72(Recap)

Sophie tells Adaora that Danlami is the one person that is loyal and  after what happened (what could that be???We all keep guessing)can help her to get  a breakthrough in claiming her assets that are now in Kolade's name.

 Danlami is in his office when he receives a mail,it's from the journalist who is now counter claiming,he goes to the reception and meets her there,he yells at her as she records it,Okemuite who had been with Danlami in the office when he received the mail .When they got back to Danlami's office,OkemuiteEsq advise Danlami to choose his battles carefully.

Adaora swings into action by stopping by at Danlami's office,she encounters Okemuite at the reception who wondered what she was doing at BBP as she needs not worry because the company is in safe hands,Adaora tells him she has the right to be there as she has assets though it has been consolidated under Kolade's name.Okemuite Esq also compliments Adaora's looks and sure Danlami will do same.......Danlami was very happy to see Adaora,it was written all over him,The discuss old times and Adaora also thank him for being there.'Lami suggest lunch and they have eat out ,while they were at it Kolade's name keeps coming and it probably didn't go well with Adaora that she leaves abruptly telling Danlami it was getting late.

The Female Domestic staff and Moshood talk discuss one of Chief's favourite meals which is fish pepper soup,Moshood and Chichi argue who would take the meal to Chief but Onajite shows up and takes it,when she arrived Chief's room the doctor told her that Fish Pepper Soup is out of bounds to him.Onajite moves closer to the man in coma to find out if he remembers her but he didn't .This upset Onajite and took it out on her staff but Moshood took some Fish Pepper Soup to Onajite privately and cheered her up.

Danlami is at the Bhadmus Mansion and he brought something to stir up Kolade's memory...It was a CD of jazz music.Adaora was in the room giving Sophie feedback of how the rendezvous went when she heard the music and went to the room.Sophie also followed her.Danlami and Adaora later speak outside the room with the latter asking him the reason he brought the memories if it was because of her,they get cosy and almost locked lips till the energy distributor /Feng Shui giver disrupted.Sophie warns her cousin not to forget the main reason she is getting involved with Danlami.

Hadiza is not feeling Danlami's jazz music in their bedroom while she folds fabrics,Danlami tries to explain the why she should enjoy the flow but she is not interested,Danlami switches to ear piece and even took a look at his picture with Adaora.

Brenda advise Vicky that work place romance is not the best.Tessa also  follows Charles to set as against the agreement he had with the other production houses,Vicky tells him he has breached and Tessa asked to leave.

St John wants Sheila to discuss Tsav's release ,this led to argument between daughter and father as she doesn't want to exploit the fact that she is close to Nero to make her brother escape the law(Hmmm....Nero is even powerless at this stage ..he is not the judge,all they need is a lawyer for appeal of judgement)

Laide lets Sheila in on Amaka avoiding to have a baby with Dikkibo,Sheila goes to play the mother hen and as expected the conversation didn't end well.

Cissy and Ayo visited Kolade and they got a positive response from him that Dr Kalu even feels they should visit more often.On Cissy's way out they sight Adaora and her children's photos and Ayo complains again about them being in the shadows,Cissy tells her to change her line of thought and imagine what Adaora is going through.

Adaora seen drinking at the bar drinking,Ona comes to inform her that her guest is waiting for her at the study,her guest is a lawyer for had prepared a document that will make Adaora or be entitled to Kolade's estate.Adaora gave this to Kolade to sign and told him that Cissy wanted him to append his signature,she had to put it on hold when she sighted Okemuite Esq her husband's lawyer but Chief Bhadmus later requested for the document to sign.

Sophie gets a feedback from Adaora on the steps she has taken to safeguard her assets and ensure they get to her children,Sophie tells her what she did is small and she should be Oliver Twist in her demands .

Ola noticed his sister and mum in a gay mood,they will not tell him where and what they have been up too.

Mayowa is constituting a nuisance at Dr Emeka's apartment,he is reminded that this is not the Bhadmus mansion as nobody will clean up after him.Teni later calls and gives him gist of what has been happening so far,she ask if she can come over to visit but Mayowa lied about Jason having relatives around so as to make him avoid seeing Dr Emeka.

Ona warns the staff to know the kind of things they will be talking about and say to strangers,she looks Chichi in the eye as she delivers the message.Chichi is not pleased and ask if she is a village parrot (hahahahahahah Yes Chichi you are but we love you like that) Sophie also pulls one on Chichi when she tells her they have been talking,Sophie pretends to call Adaora to inform her what her staff has been up yo...Chichi pleads and tells herself that her mouth will not put her in trouble.

Adaora shows Okemuite Esq the document Kolade signed,he noticed it was a recent one and note that it cannot be valid because of his unsound mind,he then shows Adaora another document  probably that talks about what must be done at that time.

The burial rites for Otogan has begun....Mausi comes out to commence and all that has to be done culturally is being observed.

Senami continues with her mission to get Akweyon and Seyive out of Aji,Neza will also help with the plan but all of a sudden Akweyon speaks and tells Neza to go.

AMBattleground S1:E70(Recap)

Dr Kalu and Okeimute informs Adaora ,Teni and Sophie Kolade is no where to be found,they quickly tell the staff to begin a search,Dr Kalu hears sounds coming from the study,they open and found Chief Bhadmus and Nurse Oyiza there.Kolade was searching for documents as the floor was littered with papers.Adaora and Dr Kalu tell Oyiza to always inform family members before she tries to move Kolade .Oyiza told them she felt stepping out will help.When they all leave the study,Chichi complains of the job she will have to do in cleaning the place.Oyiza also had this look on her face that can't be explained for now (What could be going on in Oyiza's head)

Mayowa continues with his tantrums with Emeka who handled him very well as usual and even gave him a roof over his head but Mayowa still acting haughty.Dr Emeka also made Mayowa realise he got a taste of his own medicine when he got dumped at the hospital.

The Journalist called Danlami after he had received court summons,she will be apologising rather than let a trial commence and Danlami's  refers her to his lawyers and lets her know the way and manner the apology should take.

Dr Kalu and Okemuite Esq speak to Kolade and let him know the storm is gathering and runs down what has happened so far with him,they had to change the discussion when Hadiza and Danlami arrive.Danlami is still very pleasant .Hadiza seems to be holding something strange while she entered the room with Danlami,she also didn't bother to stay after Danlami was leaving like she did before now.Okemuite makes a joke about Danlami and Adaora didn't like it but he didn't notice her expression and is not in the know of 'warris happening'

After a lot of convincing and rejection ,Adaora finally agrees Cissy be allowed to come see Kolade.Teni didn't like the idea and vehemently disagreed but Adaora is ready to have Cissy around.Cissy is excited and was shocked Adaora will allow her in,she informs Ayo who will be accompanying her and tells her not to mention anything to her brother Ola.

Mayowa puts on the Television and the moment he sights Uncle Lami on The Insider he switches of the TV

Danlami is on The Insider and he speaks well of BBP and his friend Kolade,the statement he allegedly gave about Kolade's health was also brought up and he denied it,but more trouble came when a recording of his voice saying similar thing was played for him on air......He was shocked.They show Hadiza at home knitting and 'playing with her phone'(Your guess is as good as mine🙌🙌 for strategy manager Adaora)

Peter Ige Williams stop by at the Bhadmus mansion to visit his 'in law' Kolade,Teni ask more questions about Micheal and Peter reeled out more lies that Teni suspects something is fishy and after the many excuses and reasons of Micheal not calling her(Eg Future Politician) she ask why he couldn't even say hello as that is no sensitive information to say to her,at this point Mr Ige Williams is speechless and shifts to the main focus of being in the house which was to visit Chief Bhadmus, the visit didn't go well as he got a negative reaction and Kolade called him a traitor.Teniola tells him not to take it to heart his reaction is because of his state of health and nothing more.

Cissy tells Dr Kalu she has dignity and will not be going through the back door to see Kolade,Ayo is willing to go with her mum to protect her from the 'vultures' whenever she is ready to go.

Chichi informs her colleagues Chief Bhadmus recognised her very well ,she is also not pleased with their boss who doesn't remember Adaora but Cissy.

Mayowa tells Dr Emeka that the apartment he is staying belongs to him,Emeka told him Jason leased the apartment to him and at that point Mayowa's bragging reduced but he didn't stop bringing Emeka down and will like to stay in the apartment.Emeka agrees and tells Mayowa no cocaine permitted,the latter tells the former tells he doesn't do drugs .

Xhan pays Mayowa a visit at the club and he is not pleased he dumped her friend Keisha to die,Mayowa told he didn't as he dropped her at the hospital.They end the argument when Xhan offered him some nice time,we later see Mayowa at the hospital,Dr Emeka assures the nurse that he will be fine when he is sober.

Moshood visit Chief Bhadmus and he got a  very good reaction,the conversation though Chief Kolade said nothing but was very positive.Moshood goes tells his colleagues his experience and in usual Moshood style .

Dr Kalu got a very disturbing visit from one of General' goon and while he was still asking questions,the man disappeared.Dr Kalu later informed Okemuite esq as they make way to enter Chief room,on entering the room they discovered Chief Bhadmus is no more there....Who took Chief Bhadmus/Where did he go?

AMBattleground S1:E68(Recap)

Kolade had a dream where he was playing chess with General.General told him how chess represent human activities and he will not fail to destroy ever member of Kolade's family if he ever betrays him.Chief Kolade wakes up from the bad dream terrified,Oyiza and family members present quickly attended to him.Teni commend Oyiza for a job welldone,Oyiza makes her understand she is doing her job so  doesn't expect praises.

Teniola reaches out to find out how Micheal was doing from his parents but their story about his whereabouts inconsistent.Peter Ige William reminds his wife to face the business at hand and go and see to Micheal's health.

Dr Kalu is worried about the situation he got himself into and nothing to serve as evidence for him,while they were speaking about it Dr Emeka  shows up,Okeimute Esq reminds him he is part of the discussion because he is aware,Emeka remembers that the only person he gave the document was Cyril to help him read the encryption and never taught he will be betrayed.A detective  also around to question the staff of the hospital,she later joins Dr Kalu to question him as well,Okeimute wants to know who ordered the investigation but she will not say.

Oyiza comes to give General progress report,Cyril knew she had not been truthful about the feedback she has been giving,she initially feigns but later follow  Cyril's advise, he urges her to go away and destroys  the report what she came with.

Dr Emeka calls Cissy to inform her about Kolade being out of coma,she informs him she is aware already,she also suspects he has a motive behind his gesture but he denies it.Ola also feels his mummy should stop stressing over being in the forefront as per they have always been number two and they are the only ones that can put themselves first.

Mayowa shows up at Dr Emeka's apartment.

AMBattleground S1:E67(Recap)

Dr Kalu starts a cognitive test on Kolade Bhadmus,after he fails to react nicely towards Adaora and Mayowa.Dr Kalu calms them and tells them it is probably because of the last situation he had with them that is making him react that way.

Danmlani and Okeimute esq also discuss the reactions of Kolade but Danlami does not have a problem with it and believes Kolade will do better soon.While they were discussing Okemuite shows Danlami about his version of  Chief Bhadmus health and the sensational headline that was attached to it,he knows the journalist misquoted him.Chichi was also by the corner eavesdropping,she gave her colleagues a bit of gist until Onajite stops them and ask that someone come and  do the laundry,the maids were quick to give excuse of eating  but by the time Teniola came out to request for who will volunteer her to help clean her father's room ,Chichi was quick to volunteer and she will join Onajite.

Onajite had tried to enter Chief's room but she was shut out by Oyiza.

Cissy pleads with Danlami to see Kolade ,he agrees to let her see him soon.

Adaora asked Danlami if they had a chance ,it was obvious latter was still in love with the former.Adaora also tired of the the reactions he is being getting from Kolade  but Sophie tells her she  can't afford to check out but continue to play the game.

General meets with Dame Sally and Hon Rochas and tells them they should not alienate themselves and that he knows their every move,he tells them the last place they visited and who they were with.They were shocked....

Adaora looking at her pictures with Kolade and she smiles.

Oyiza notes Chief Bhadmus wants to say something,Okemute hands him a pen and paper but he could not make sense of it till Teni did and gave him a fresh paper .Adaora comes in and they didn't want to inform her but she doesn't want to be kept in the dark,Kolade's writing is revealed..He wrote Cissy!!!
