Movie Review:10 Days In Suncity

Akpos (Ayo Makun) brings his girlfriend/beauty queen Bianca (Adesua Etomi) to Lagos to contest for the National beauty which she eventually emerged winner.Otawi Cosmetics boss Otunba Williams (Richard Mofe Damijo)has eyes for Bianca to promote his business brand across the world and also wants to have her as his love interest.This doesn't go down well with Akpos and he had to fight the very powerful Otunba Williams to get  the freedom of his babe.

The movie  is a mixture of comedy and action.The cast is star studded as well

I found the  first conversation between Monica (Mercy Johnson Okojie) and Akpos in the beginning too noisy and one could hardly hear what they were saying though subsequent ones better.When Akpos hit the bottle on one of Otunba's boys  during the battle at Wangi's house ,we see at the launching which took place shortly after and no signs of injury.We are also left guessing how the comedienne knew Akpos was in trouble a they never discussed anything that we saw or heard.Bianca at some point didn't  get into character like a true Warri girl  I was expecting to see.I wanted to see a different takeover of Akpos ,it didn't have to be taking over the Music like 30 Days In Atlanta.

Otunba Wiliams as usual was on point...he showed as always that he is one of the masters in acting .I liked the introduction of the Ajekun Iya song when Team Akpos defeated Otunba's boys at Wangi's place.There were also other  funny moments that will leave you in stitches .Seyi(Falzthe Bahd Guy) didn't disappoint as well.Cinematography good too.

Overall,the movie is so -so .
