Nwosu comes to inform Sophie about a certain Mr C that wants to see her and the description he gave best suits Sophie who was not interested in seeing the fellow but her cousin insists he is brought in but by the time Nwosu went back to usher him in he had vanished but he dropped a note for Sophie that was pregnant with meaning .Sophie gives Nwosu strict orders in the absence of her cousin not to let him in and can take him out ,Nwosu declines the job and states that his job description is too protect the Bhadmus family,Sophie tries to work on his psyche by making him feel like a failure,using Mayowa's disappearance as an example.
Ona ask to see her Madam,she suggest a walk in the garden for their conversation,Ona tenders her resignation but Adaora rejects it despite the 1001 excuses given,Mrs Bahdmus will speak with her husband and is very sure he will not accept resignation from Ona,she urges Ona to stop the silly talk.Adaora goes to see Kolade and could not even bring up Onajite's matter but she opted to talk about Lara and she noticed Kolade evasive about it,Adaora later calls Abiks to help her investigate Lara Bankole Thomas ,she will reward her very well for the job.
