The People of Ufam preparing for the wedding ceremony between their prince and the princess of Ocholuje,they note the wedding is important to them as well as Ocholuje.One of the palace guards and gives them news about the food poisoning and death that happened during the Abor memorial feast and assured them their Prince is fine

Elekache ask her mum Ijewode how she knew her dad Onnah the love of her life ,Ijewode told her daughter and reminded her she is and akpa maiden and should discard any feelings regarding the  opposite sex so that she can fulfil her sacred duties.

Queen Ochanya goes bearing fruits to the Prince of Ufam,his 'servant' apologise on behalf of his master about the type of dance,the loving and calm Queen already let it go.

Epeh is grateful for the delicious meal ,Elekache is upset her brother not brotherly enough ,he apologises.Gen Apeh later joins her after he left and ask her what she came to do,he talks about the coming of age ceremony and how Elekache can do anything she wants before embracing a life of solitude forever,this got to her and she later met with Alechenu,the silent lovebirds might be up to something.

Onnah tells his wife about Alechenu  being the one Alekwu chose,she is shocked,the couple also discuss the coming of age ceremony.

The'servant' of the Prince of Ufam goes to tell Princess Ene about the meeting with Prince,he is carried away by what he saw.

Obe goes to confront Oofuni on her atrocities,he wants an assurance to make him keep his mouth shut.Oofuni had to send Onyeje away before they began their conversation.Oofuni showed she will not bow to Obe's whims and caprices.

Gen Apeh continues the Alekwu revelation conversation with his son,he submitted Alechenu must die.He also speaks to his wife about it and she is in sync with his ideas.
