Onnah need clarification and further answers from his daughter about  who the future King of Ocholuje is,her reply made him figure out she is referring to Alechenu though he didn't say it to her face.

The Council talk about the king marrying another wife but he directs the search to be in favour of the princes of Ocholuje.

Princess Ene and Hauwa discuss the banished Queen Oganya ,Ene feels she is guilty of the accusations,the princess is still hell bent on her game plan for the prince of Ufam ,Hauwa her maid discourages her all to no avail,she even tried to inform Queen Ochanya but Ene arrived just on time to stop her from blabbing.

Elekache had a conversation with Prince Epeh who made her realise he had feelings for her but being a maiden of Akpa changed the game.

The Iho maidens let Elekache know they are disappointed with the way she handled the Alechenu matter and it doesn't speak well of an akpa to do such.

Obehi and Obe reveal to each other how Oofuni got them where they are  and their true feelings for each other despite that.Obe  realise from his wife's confession Oofuni might have a hand in poisoning of the warriors he  informs his wife he is going to see someone  but didn't reveal who exactly.

Gen Apeh tease Alechenu with the throne,the young man stated he is not interested,the General is not convinced and tells his right hand man /killer  he wants Alechenu dead.
