Movie Review:A Place Called Happy

Abena (Sika Osei) a writer has a boyfriend Kwame  (Mavili Gavor ) who is a workaholic a style his girlfriend didn't like.He finally proposes to her and they go on a trip but in his usual style he abandons her and jets off to Kenya,an action that made Abena finally end the relationship.
In Lagos a couple Dimeji(Blossom Chukwjekwu) and his wife Ireti(Kiki Omeli) have also drifted apart after they lost their daughter in a plane crash.
Dimeji decides to take time apart from his wife a decison suggested by his lawyer(Deyemi Okanlawon).It was while in the hotel room he stumbled on Abena's Manuscript ,read it and returned it back to her.
Dimeji's act of kindness brought him closer to Abena and they developed feelings for each other but on the long run went back to their respective partners and made amends.
I liked the suspense of Kwame going to Kenya which initially one will think it was for a business trip but it was to get a publisher for his girlfriend/fiancee.Acting,setting,suspense was good .
The movie was a short and simple one ,produced and directed by D.A Lowladee.
It is a good movie and if you love romantic stories you are most likely to enjoy the movie.
